Personnel très disponible. Emplacement excellent à 400m du musée Michelin et à 4 stations du centre-ville en tram (station stade Michelin 200m de l'hotel). Logement très propre. Petit déjeuner classique (pain, beurre, confiture + croissant, jambon et fromage.).

Super emplacement avec magasins a cote pres de la place Jaude et 10 mn a pied gare routiere. Hotel propre et personnel accueillant. Je recommande sur Clermont Ferrand

The bad parts - the room finish is tired and bathrooms need updating. The good part is “everything else”. Perfect location, comfortable, clean & spacious room, good breakfast, great staff. They even have giant original cartoons and drawings on the walls by a very talented artist. Stop here and spend what you save (compared to Mercure etc) on a great meal nearby. Lots to choose from.

On way there no problems, polite, helpful staff. NOT the case on way back Friday 26/8. Rude unhelpful staff, who wanted to charge one of us for drink, but with no price list. When asked apparently the price list is private and no receipt could be provided! Screams out that someone on the make. Also staff entered one of the rooms while we loading cars and hadn’t even checked out which is totally unacceptable. So unfortunately you missed out on 14 breakfast on Saturday 27/8 as we all went elsewhere. I know this is a budget hotel but don’t expect to be shouted at when we are paying customers. Would like to speak to someone about having some money refunded and some of your staff need to be trained in customer services and also conveniently don’t understand English which is not what is advertised! Very bad experience and definitely not happy.

Nous avons pris une chambre pour une soirée étape. L'emplacement est très proche du centre ville avec une station de tram à deux minutes. Le studio est très propre, confortable et bien équipé. la salle de bain est spacieuse et propre. La literie est de bonne qualité. On a apprécié le calme et le prix. C'est idéal pour se faire le petit déjeuner sur place ( 15€ par personne sinon)

Clermont에서 며칠 동안 나는 50년 전과 같은 역사적인 가구, 현대적이지 않은 객실 및 리셉션이라는 ”한 번”이었던 이 호텔을 찾았습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 특징적입니다(예를 들어 욕실 문은 옷장의 안테나였습니다! )뿐만 아니라 도시의 지붕에 있는 방에서 보는 전망. 낭만과 향수를 불러일으키는 옛 프랑스를 찾으면 쉽게 잊혀지지 않는 곳이 아닙니다.

Point noir la salle de bain , délabrée. Mauvaise odeur et pas confortable. pas de sèche cheveux, sèche serviette tout rouillé et pas pratique. Ne donne pas envie de prendre une douche. Sinon lit confortable. Hôtel bien situé près de restaurant et calme.

Hôtel parfait pour faire du tourisme. La chambre et la salle de bains ont été refaites, donc très propres. Un bémol pour la moquette qui aurait bien besoin elle aussi d'être changée. Par contre, équipement trop restreint si vous devez y travailler. Personnel très agréable et petit déjeuner mieux qu'à la maison puisqu' il y a plus de choix. J'y retournerai sans problème.
