Good location and kind attendants

An absolutely excellent 1 night stay, taking in dinner and breakfast. We visited as a stop on the way South. Easy to find. Really good big car park. Excellent immediate attention at reception desk. Was a tiny bit miffed by taking £120 deposit upfront for food/drink etc (we'd already paid for the room and breakfast in advance...), but I'm assuming they've had a lot of people run out on them without paying for dinner over the last few months, maybe? However fabulous executive room, excellent bathroom, super service at the bar and a very very nice dinner indeed!! Great nights sleep, very quiet. Breakfast was lovely. Possibly needs a bit quicker stock up when the eggs bacon sausages finished, waited about 20 minutes with three empty trays.... but there was other food, I just happened to want 'those' 🫣 Very good indeed. Very clean. Great gardens and pool too. Very impressed and would highly recommend and will go again!

Good and convenient stay half-way in our road trip throughout France. Novotel standards never disappoint, and the Tesla supercharger is super convenient.

What a hidden gem! We stayed here on a stop over to south of france. Very impressed, fast check in. Very clean and modern. Room is very spacious, bed is very big. Working fridge and very clean. Very friendly bar staff and great service. I would highly recommend

Convenient stop over and the accommodation was clean, pool was great after a long drive, but restaurant was an absolute disgrace. Manager was walking around in a suit bossing everyone around but doing nothing, waiters were so nervous and making mistakes all the time, no one knew what was going on or who was doing what. Food was adequate and expensive, with a small and not varied menu.. after throwing water all over my wife, there was no apology and even rushed us of the table so they could seat someone else whilst we were still finishing our drinks. Don’t bother staying here if you want to eat, fine for otherwise.

When you arrive, the hotel smells very strongly of flowers, either you love it or you hate it. The check- in was very bizarre. Only two small tables that look like they are part of the bar, serve as the check in. You don’t feel very welcome. We went to the bedroom, it was fine. Nothing special but still with carpet. Bed was fine, a bit hard. Okay bathroom but on the small side. Remember this hotel is by the motorway so quite noisy even with the double glazed windows closed so don’t forget your earplugs if you are a light sleeper. When it was time for the pool, we went to get towels form reception. (We are a family of three). We ask for the towels and the receptionist said : it’s only 2 towels per family. I laughed and thought it was a joke. After a calm 1 minute discussion and offering to give feedback to the hotel director about this nonsense rule, the receptionist preferred to give us 3 towels. Beware if you don’t stand up for yourself and ask a towel for each guest, you will have to share wet towels. Then worst was the quality of the food at the Novotel restaurant. We ordered a burger but asked for the cheese to be removed. The waiter literally said that the food is pre-made so that was not a request that they could fulfill. The overall food quality at dinner was worse then McDonald’s (where at least you can customise your food). Breakfast was okay, no complaints. Checkout was still on the small table but was okay. I was fooled by the idea of having a pool and now I know that I will not come back to this hotel again.

Good accommodation for 1 night. We have been going to Spain in May Location by motorway but no annoying noise. Range of different restaurants near the hotel. Room small but very clean. Beds comfortable I would recommend it to anyone on budget.

I always book this hotel on the way to Spain as it is in an ideal place. I consider this to be the best Novotel anywhere in France... and I have stayed in a few! Friendly, Very Clean, helpful, love it!! We are vegetarians and the restaurant tried their best to accommodate us which is not always the case. One of the members of staff in the restaurant stood out as very helpful.. We didn't catch his name... but he told us that he came from Madagascar.. so he will know.
