클리 하우스 호텔 앤 비스트로(The Clee Hotel - Cleethorpes, Grimsby, Lincolnshire)

1 we were put in separate buildings. 2 rooms were freezing they never put the heating on. 3 the rooms were never cleaned and we were there 3 nights, coffee and tea not restocked. Taps loose, curtains fell down Damp patches,no cooked Breakfast

We booked the clee hotel as a last minute one night get away. We booked a double room costing £70 with breakfast. When we arrived we were told we had been upgraded to room 11. Room 11 bathroom was set for someone with mobility issues. The room had a king size double and single bed the furniture was basic. The bedding clean and fresh smelling but the pillows needed replacing. Towels clean and hand wash supplied as well as shower gel. Breakfast was continental and could be eaten in the bar or your bedroom. Despite the bar being busy we had no issues at night We also took advantage of the offer of having a second nights stay at half price. The staff were helpful so we would be back again

Rubbish, it's not a hotel, it's a dos house. The breakfast is rubbish, the breakfast area is a barrel, never again. The shower is for a garden gnome, we hated every minute of that place and would advise all to stay away, sleep in your car and go to the promenade for breakfast.

Amazing hotel! It was a busy weekend as it was grimsby and doncaster but the hotel was kind enough to put us in the quieter lodge next door. Cannot fault the service. We shall definitely be back - thank you for being the best hotel! It was ace xxxx

Room was big. However mould and dirty bathroom. Old and dated carpets throughout, threadbare on the stairs. There was a private party in the public bar which went on till 1am. We heard every song, very loud, doors banging! You eat your breakfast off a tray in the bar as no dining room. £40 a night that's not what we expected! Beds were not made on the second day! The pictures are nothing like what we experienced! There is a public bar which they also use for private events, knew nothing about that. Will not go again and don't recommend.

Lovely staff. Booked a double but ended up with a larger room. Very homely. Lovely continental breakfast. And excellent location for a trip to Cleethorpes. Only negative - Very firm bed, bit achy today from it.

Great hotel with a quirky, well stocked bar, the Hidden Gem. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and friendly, couldn't do enough for all guests, rooms were clean and spacious. We took our dogs who were also welcomed and given lots of fuss and treats. On site parking and very central. We had a brilliant 3 day stay and would definitely recommend 👍. Thank you Team Clee!!!

Stayed for a week in the family room the room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The owner was friendly and apologetic about some noise on one of the nights. Breakfast had everything you needed. Bar was nice and cosy. The children made friends with Murphy the cat. Hotel was clean and towels were changed during the week. A great location to the beach and train station. I will stay again.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere here. Lovely place and lovely staff. Will be definitely staying here again.
