It was really nice and quiet. The housekeepers Veronica snd Jennifer did an amazing job. We really did enjoy our stay. It was unique not having a ftont desk staffer and it was also interesting the lack of restaurants available. If in the future we were to come back up here we would stay at this hotel.

I love the small town ambiance. Its very relaxing and the view is amazing. I love how the golf course is well maintained.

My room was well appointed, clean and super comfortable. The location was quiet and the parking easy. Check in was different, but easy with an automated system.

I love staying at the Trail Inn. Right next to the Golf Course with beautiful scenery and the course is kept well maintained!! I will definitely be back.

Clean and easy no-contact place to stay...if you have a cell phone with internet access. Info originally said we would get checkin info 24 hours before arrival, but it only came by noon on the day of checkin.

A great little place to stay - super helpful and friendly staff, even though remote. Will definitely repeat if going through again.

This was a pleasantly nice motel, with a modern staff-less check-in process that I found rather neat. The morning we left, there happened to be a tornado in Sutton and the staff checked on all the rooms to make sure we were OK. We didn't realize until we left that there had been damage to the motel. The room had everything we needed. I would come back here if we ever are in Sutton again.

The hotel has obviously undergone extensive remodeling. Everything seemed fresh and new. There was no reception area, everything was done via text and self-serve, which was a new concept for us. But we could reach someone by text between 9am and 10pm. The outer doors don't lock, but lots of security cameras around. The back patio area was nice, and the only improvement would be to enclose it to keep out most of the bugs. I liked the old-school vibe of everything, but my room was missing the pretty pendant the other rooms seemed to have. The last thing is the windows facing the parking lot could use roller shades to block out the light as the curtains didn't quite get the job done.

Clean and neat. The sound did travel easily so ask for a room far from others. Would definitely stay here again.
