'첫 번째 방문은 몇 년 전이었지만 이번이 두 번째 방문이었습니다. 우리는 그것이 얼마나 사랑스러운지 잊어버렸습니다. 결혼식이 2번 있었고 공휴일 주말이어서 호텔이 정말 바빴습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 직원들은 매우 친절하고 유쾌하며 효율적이었습니다. 분명히 침착함을 유지하고 수집하는 데 사용됩니다. 모두들 수고했어요'

'We are a family of four and booked 2 junior suites and requested both on booking and during email correspondence prior to our arrival for double bed and twin bed configurations. On our arrival we were allocated rooms at opposite ends of the hotel, on different floors and with 2 double beds. Housekeeping had apparently gone home for the night despite arriving before 6pm and so this could not be corrected. The hotel had a beautiful open fireplace in the main bar which for some reason on a cold night in December wasn’t alight. We ate dinner in the hotel brasserie where a significant number of dishes on the menu were unavailable with no explanation from the staff when asked. At breakfast the following morning we were unable to order coffee as apparently this service is not available on weekends. Overall, despite a great location, this was a very disappointing stay.'

'設施沒得説，餐具和烘焙、蒸煮設施一應俱全，洗浴和個人衣物清洗設施非常完備，點贊！ 兩層小樓，空間敞亮，設施也沒有碰到別人反映的漏水等問題。 早餐需要頭一天預訂，不免費提供。 唯一的不足，來自wifi。雖然我們有隨身WiFi，有本地電話卡，但有時還是想用一下酒店的WiFi。但他們提供的WiFi不能連接Internet，我跟房主（做早餐時見到）反映了，但他沒有任何改進的辦法。我確信他理解出現了什麼問題。'

'A very welcoming host with a warm accommodation located at a quiet yet convenient environment. We had a very peaceful stay. The nearby Thai restaurant was one of the high lights too! Thank you.'

'The staff greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile. The room was well laid out and very clean. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was excellent. The service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Margaret made us feel right at home. The service in the bar was attentive and efficient. The barman was friendly and helpful. The full English breakfast gave us a great start to the day. There was plenty of choice and the service was quick and friendly. Parking on site was secure and there were plenty of spaces. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the near future.'
