"Pretty standard, nothing special. Didn't get to have breakfast because I left too early. The room was really small, and the bathroom didn't have a separate shower and toilet area. But honestly, this is probably one of the better hotels in town."

"A big thank you to the team at Elephant Trail Guesthouse and Backpackers Inn for the loveliest four days in Kasane this May. From the outset we were met with warm hospitality and great service which made our stay here comfortable and memorable. Although we were a big group of 28, everything from the rooms, activities and delicious meals were well accommodated for punctually and without any hiccups. All the rooms were clean and cozy but we especially loved the common areas which were populated with beautiful plants and trees meticulously planted and upkept by the team - it felt like we were in an oasis! Be sure to go for the game drives offered by the guesthouse. Our guides Chief and Eddy were both very experienced and informative, allowing us not just to experience the bests of Chobe National Park but also learn a thing or two along the way. The sunset boat cruise was exceptional as well, boasting stunning views and the chance to get close to animals from the river. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and this would not have been possible without all the staff at the guesthouse working hard to accommodate us. Special shoutout to Neo for helping us to arrange everything and going out of your way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and an absolutely fantastic time in Kasane! We would love to be back one day :)"

Wi-Fi는 있었지만 느렸습니다. 6일 아침 식사는 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 플랫폼에서 아침 식사를 지불했지만 유료라고 들었습니다. 저는 즉시 xc에 연락했고, 호텔과 협상 후 플랫폼 측에서 조식 비용을 지불하고 송장에 따라 xc에서 환불해 달라고 설득했습니다. 플랫폼 측에서 결국 조식 문제를 해결하고 환불해 주긴 했지만, 저는 여전히 뭔가 잘못된 것 같다는 생각이 들었습니다. 체크인할 때 프런트 데스크 직원이 저희가 요금을 내지 않았다고 했고, xc에 연락한 후에야 문제가 해결되었습니다. 조식 가격은 명확하게 표시되어 있었는데 (1인당 80풀라였던 것으로 기억합니다) 호텔 회계 담당자가 xc에 1인당 120풀라를 청구했는데, 이는 다소 비윤리적이었습니다."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Sedia Hotel and would happily return. The hotel is modern, well maintained, and the recently renovated entrance and reception area look fantastic. The whole arrival experience feels welcoming, bright, and inviting. The garden is a real highlight. It is beautifully landscaped, very well cared for, and has an almost exotic atmosphere that makes the property feel peaceful and relaxing. The staff were consistently friendly, responsive, and professional. Any requests were handled quickly, and we never had to wait long for assistance. The only disappointment was the swimming pool. Unfortunately, it was not heated and therefore too cold for us to use during our stay. This was a pity, as the pool area itself is very attractive. Given the abundance of sunshine in Botswana, perhaps a sustainable solar- or PV-powered heating solution could be considered in the future. It would make the pool much more enjoyable for guests while remaining environmentally friendly. Overall, Sedia Hotel offers excellent service, attractive facilities, and a comfortable atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend it to other travelers visiting Maun and the Okavango region. We would also like to make special mention of our guide Florence, who contributed greatly to making our stay memorable. As her exceptional service deserves individual recognition, we will leave a separate review dedicated to her."

"I stayed in Kasane for a few days and was really lucky to meet such a host-Herbert. Rather than saying he was a host, it would be better to say he was a good friend-from the moment we arrived, he started to help us plan our route, recommend restaurants, itineraries, and take us out to play. He knew what we wanted to see and experience, and always patiently helped us arrange it. He gave us a lot of advice along the way, which I really appreciated. The place to stay was also very comfortable, very quiet and safe. I felt like I was home every day when I returned to the lodge. If you are planning to travel to Kasane, I highly recommend it. This is not just accommodation, but also a very warm experience."

"What a great place to stay! The room was perfect with a comfortable bed, hot shower, all in a beautiful, quiet setting. The food was delicious. The property is set in a farming community and the owner is a local working with the community for sustainable balance between tourism and agriculture, the kind of place we try and support. Chimney (the owner) was the best guide we’ve had in 2+ months in Africa. His knowledge was incredible and included all birds, plus he spotted things we never would have and showed tremendous respect for the environment. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed two nights in a tented chalet to allow us to self-drive the Ngoma end of Chobe Riverfront. Warm greeting from staff and a couple of interesting chats with the owners made us feel very welcome. Chalet was fine with nice view - just surprised that the kitchenette only has microwave, kettle and cutlery - no cooking rings or pots/pans. So only way to do eggs in the morning is scrambled in the micro! We ate (pre-booked) dinners in the dining area and these were a real highlight - top class food and friendly atmosphere."
