"​⚠️ IMMEDIATE WARNING: EXTREMELY TOXIC MANAGEMENT & ETHICAL VIOLATION ⚠️ ​I am writing this review to expose the shocking and highly unprofessional management of Regenta Central Grand Exotica, Pimpri-Chinchwad. I joined this property as a fresher and worked dedicatedly for 8 days. Unfortunately, due to a sudden severe medical issue (stomach pain), I had to stop working. The management explicitly promised and assured me that my hard-earned 8-day payment would be settled today, on the 10th. ​Today, instead of honoring their word, the managers are actively dodging my calls, ignoring my messages, and making pathetic excuses to delay my money. Coming from a middle-class family, this financial distress and mental harassment are causing immense pain to me and my family. ​Withholding a worker's wages is a direct violation of Labor Laws and fair employment practices.
