바 / 레스토랑의 Raffael에 도착했을 때 리셉션의 훌륭한 서비스와 다른 모든 직원은 도움이되고 쾌활했습니다. 음식은 훌륭했고, 우리는 어느 날 밤 정식 식사를 하고 다음 날 밤에는 바 스낵을 먹었습니다. 모든 것이 맛있고 잘 표현되었습니다.

체스터 중심부의 환상적인 위치. 방에는 다리미와 다리미판도 있었는데, 우리가 여러 곳을 여행하고 여행가방을 가지고 생활하는 동안 신의 선물이었습니다 😳

훌륭한 위치, 대부분의 명소까지 도보 거리.

우리는 두 번째로 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. 매우 친절한 직원, 훌륭한 서비스, 큰 문제는 없습니다. 상점과 크리스마스 시장이 있는 체스터 중심부에 있는 훌륭한 장소입니다. 사랑스러운 객실과 레스토랑의 훌륭한 서비스. 추천하고 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

We stayed 3 nights. Pretty much everything was straightforward. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, though a little dated in parts (swimming pool area). Parking was expensive but easy, and the location close to the City Centre was just a dream. All of the main Roman and city attractions are within easy walking distance.  All in all a really good stay. The only niggle I have, is that on the first night we ordered room service after a long trip. It took 3 attempts for the order to be correct. This was disappointing but at the end of the day, it was no massive issue.

Great breakfast! Clean room, friendly staff and little one loved the Xmas decs and the pool!

It was very good, easy to find, clean, warm, big room, welcoming service.

The hotel is ideally located for a visit to Chester. Room was clean and comfortable.

I recently stayed here 2 nights as I was getting married at the registry office, everything about the hotel was fantastic but I want to give a shout out to the young woman on recpetion who was very polite and friendly and arranged for some procecco in the room which we found after the wedding it was a lovely touch thank you

三人出行，這個房型正合適。位置很好，就在市區，去哪都方便，可以停車。有健身房和游泳池，早餐也不錯，性價比算可以的
