이비스 첸나이 시프코트 - 언 아코르호텔 브랜드 후기

공항에서 거리는 쫌 되지만, 깨끗하고 시설은 괜찮습니다

머물기에 좋은 곳이고 모든 객실이 깔끔하게 관리되어 있었습니다. 가격도 정말 저렴했습니다. 저는 2.8k에 객실을 얻었고 모든 편의 시설이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 그냥 가세요!

리셉션 직원들은 그다지 친절하지 않았고, 마지막에 리뷰를 요청할 때 따뜻하고 미소를 지은 직원은 한 명뿐이었습니다(꽤나 실용적인 듯합니다). 오후 항공편이라 오후 8시에 체크인했기 때문에 호텔 객실이 제대로 청소되지 않은 이유는 없을 겁니다. 객실에 모든 것이 한 세트만 있었습니다(식수, 물잔, 옷걸이, 화장대, 수건, 슬리퍼 없음). 우리가 두 명이었을 때였고, 별도로 요청해야 했는데, 그래도 괜찮았습니다. 샤워젤은 우리 중 한 명이 먼저 씻으러 갔을 때 이미 비어 있었고, 리필을 가지고 돌아오는 데 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다. 화장지도 매우 부족했고, 바뀌거나 정리된 것 같지 않았습니다(삼각형 접힘 없음). 공간은 적당했고, 청결도는 의심스러웠습니다. 변기에는 깨끗이 닦지 않은 똥 얼룩이 있었고, 샤워기 헤드에는 물이 나오는 곳에서 이상한 오물이 붙어 있었습니다. 옷장의 금고에 결함이 있었는데, 배터리가 부족해서 기술자가 오후 11시 이후에야 도착했는데, 우리가 오후 8시 이후에 방에 들어간 직후에 보고한 내용이었습니다. 침대가 너무 부드러웠고(나쁜 의미로?), 시트 상태도 좋지 않았습니다. 타월은 흰색에서 회색으로 변해 매우, 매우 사용한 것처럼 보였습니다. 최고나 가장 괜찮은 숙박을 한 것은 아니었고, Accor 등급의 호텔에 이런 일이 있을 거라곤 생각지 못했습니다. 유일한 장점은 입구에서 더 멀리 떨어져 있어서 조금 더 사적이고 안전하다는 것입니다. 하지만 우버를 타는 것이 불편했습니다. 픽업이 항상 어떤 이유에서인지 Novotel로 바뀌기 때문입니다.

숙박은 즐거웠습니다. 서비스는 좋았습니다. 그들의 음식을 시험해 보지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮고 다른 사람들에게도 추천할 것입니다.

그렇습니다. 멋진 숙박이었고 직원들은 매우 친절했고 리셉션 팀은 필요한 경우 적극적으로 돌봐주었고 음식은 매우 맛있었고 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 계속 이용할 것입니다. 특히 Akanksha와 Debo는 제 숙박이 모든 면에서 괜찮도록 해주었습니다.

Ibis SIPCOT의 팀은 환상적입니다. 영업 관리자인 Aditya부터 리셉션의 Yasmin에 이르기까지 저를 각별히 배려해 주었습니다. 그들은 내가 머무는 동안 호텔에서 나의 편안함을 위해 모두 노력하고 있었습니다. 팀의 미래를 위해 성공을 기원합니다.

Enjoyed three days at IBIS. Rooms with good ambience and cleanliness. Feel comfortable sleeping in the beds during nights after tiresome Job during the day. Complementary breakfast is an added flavor which is delicious and tasteful suited for all kinds of people from North, East, West and South people across the country. Desk team are very informative and so helpful especially Sabina is very humble. We're the Accor members and We're treated very well. Thank you IBIS, eagerly waiting to visit again

The ventillation in the room does not works. When I leave my bathroom in the morning, that water is still present in the same quantity when I return to the room. Infestation of pests has already started and I got one cockroach killed yesterday. When asked to spray, the attendant said that spray is not there. He just came with a towel and killed the coackroach. The tap of sink was in a situation that it was spurting water everywhere and whole batroom was getting wet. When I asked the plumber to fix it, he came and told me that this is how sink should be, he offered to reduce the speed of water though. Later on after insisting too much with the reception, tap filter was changed to make it frothy and not pointed. My bed makes weird noises when I turn around in my sleep and mattresses are such that you can sink into them. Not good quality. It once happened that plumber came to fix the faucet of sink and made a mess, when I asked reception to clean it up, the lady from cleaning departmenet came and handed me a towel. I asked her I did not asked for a towel, she said that we have already cleaned in day time and we will not clean again. Then I had to tell her that your plumber made this mess. Had it been mine I would have cleaned up myself. But this needs to be cleaned by your staff only. She grudgingly oblidged. All in all this hotel is ok for a night or two, but not beyond that. There is not enough space in room for walking and no scope of sunlight. Even the ventilation does not seems to work at all. Claustrophobic it is, is what I can say. Not the place for long stay, dont get stuck like me, who paid for 18 nights and now am being forced to stay.

Perfect location for IT goers at Sipcot it park at omr. Great room service throughout the stay. Food is very good. Tina the receptionist , is the only polite lady and she does her job amazingly well. She is courteous and very approachable for help. Ibis sipcot is very much preferred place to have your long stays for business purpose. Rupesh was very polite and humble in providing room services too. Cleanliness is at its best. Quick check-in and check-out process. Breakfast and service was wonderful. Nabaj and Pithambish take care of everybody with great affection and they are polite and very efficient folks at the live service counter. Food at Ibis Sipcot location is good as far as breakfast is concerned. In-house restaurant food is above average and expensive. You have good options outside, around the hotel for other delicacies. A long run of 42 days of stay at this hotel, Daily breakfast spreads was amazing, staff is polite, efficient and very approachable not just for a day ot two, but throughout. That tells you they are so well trained and so well mannered. Couldn't expect more Consistency than this, nor can you achieve beyond this. Only thing is, most of the reception staff is cold at times. This hotel is ideal for ITgoers, or visits to OMR region. Takes around 90mins to reach airport from the hotel at max, at usual times. Cognizant office: 2.2kms _ Walkable, shared transport or convenient cabs. TCS campus: 1.6kms. I preferred cycling to the office daily. Ambur Star Biryani: 2kms Nandana Restaurant: 50mtrs Zaitoon Restaurant: 2kms Food street: 2kms Dominoes: 30mtrs, opp to hotel. Cafe Coffee Day: 200 Mars, opp to hotel. Thalassarey Restaurant: 250 mtrs, walkable. Marina Mall : 800mtrs Decathlon, Inox, kids zone, Lifestyle, BBQ nation, and many more inside MarinNation, Intercity buses to stop here just 50 mtrs away, opp to the hotel, often heading to Hyd, Bangalore, Palakad and Pondicherry. Overall, Loved it, IBIS hotel - sipcot will always be my first choice, in this region (Siruseri/Sipcot, Chennai). Thank you again, Ibis Team. Wish you all Good Health and Good luck.

Hotel is located near SIPCOT and is hidden behind Novotel. I think it shares premises with Novotel as the entrance to both the property is same. I could neither find a Valet nor help with my luggage. Anyway, super fast and quick check-in was done. Surely the room was spacious and neat. Had a comfortable bed. A small "couch" occupied a corner and practically you can store your baggage. In room amenities were sufficient. The restroom was small to my liking. It's more like a cubicle. It was neat and amenities were basic. Shower area is too small. You cannot literally turn inside. Check-out was swift as well. Overall, worth the stay and for the price. But as a Hotel brand better standards are expected. Amenities, valet, baggage helper etc. Hope to stay again.

Hotel is very beautiful,staffs are well trained and professional,housekeeping at its best,they are doing tremendous job,keep up the good work continue, employees are assets the way the give service across all the departments it's remarkable.
