"어떤 사람들은 이 글을 읽고 제가 알프스에 있는 작은 호텔에 너무 많은 것을 기대하고 너무 까다롭다고 생각할 것입니다. 그러나 호텔의 객실 요금으로 1박당 €350를 지불한다면(저희는 객실이 2개이므로 €700) 저는 그 호텔에서 특정 기준을 기대합니다. 방은 깨끗했지만 피곤했고 약간의 주의가 필요하다고 생각합니다. 4개의 작은 고리 외에는 스키 재킷과 뽀빠이 바지를 걸 수 있는 곳이 없습니다. 고치기가 매우 쉽습니다. 화장실과 욕실에 전구가 없어서 어두워 보였습니다. 방에 주전자가 있었지만 티백이나 우유가 없었습니다. 다시 쉽게 수정할 수 있었습니다. 사우나는 오후 4시까지 문을 열지 않습니다. 왜죠? 스키를 타지 않고 하루 쉬면 휴식을 취하고 사우나와 스팀을 즐기고 싶지만 그럴 수 없습니다. 수영장 옆 시계에는 숫자가 거의 모두 없어 작동하지 않습니다! 수리하거나 제거하십시오. 수영장 구역의 가구도 매우 피곤합니다. 아침 식사는 농담이었습니다 !! 문자 그대로 과즙기에 넣을 과일이 담긴 산업용 통 5개입니다. 테이블은 따로 준비되어 있지 않으며 마지막에 트레이에서 쟁반과 수저를 가져와야 합니다. 학교 매점처럼요. 선택할 수 있는 오래된 빵 2개 - 어서 - 프랑스인들은 빵을 만드는 왕입니다. 빵에 대해 좀 생각해 보세요. 약간의 차가운 소시지와 약간의 치즈가 또 다른 대안이었습니다. 그럼 에그 스테이션으로 오세요 🤦🏻‍♂️ 소년 소녀들의 잘못은 아니지만 그들이 무엇을 해야할지 보여줬다고 믿지 않습니다. 계란 후라이 2개를 달라고 했는데 바닥은 타서 윗부분은 익지 않은 채 묽게 나왔습니다. 기름이 끓고 있었기 때문입니다. 다시 보내서 2개를 더 달라고 하고 소녀에게 온도를 낮추라고 말했습니다. 그렇지 않으면 계속 태울 것입니다. . 아내가 부드러운 삶은 계란을 달라고 했더니 그 여자분이 생 계란을 가져오더니 2분 정도 지났다고 하더군요. 아내가 묽게 해달라고 했더니 푹 삶아서 돌아왔어요🤦🏻‍♂️ 그리고 여기 키커가 있습니다. 계란 후라이 2개와 삶은 계란 1개에 50유로가 청구되었습니다! 응, €50. 체크아웃할 때 청구서에 대해 문의했는데 하루에 4번의 아침 식사에 €96가 들었고 실제로는 총 4번의 아침 식사가 청구서에서 제외되었습니다. 아, 그리고 바의 맥주 🍺는 €11.60인데 €8로 하면 우리는 바에서 몇 잔을 마셨을 것입니다. 우리는 총 15명의 파티였기 때문에 친구들을 초대하여 술을 마셨지만 그 가격이었습니다. 잊어 버려. 장점은 호텔의 위치와 침대가 매우 편안하다는 것입니다. 또한 스키 상점의 직원은 훌륭하고 그가 제공하는 셔틀 서비스도 훌륭하지만 그게 전부입니다. 제 생각에는 이 호텔의 주인은 밤을 보내면서 그들이 제공하는 것을 둘러보아야 할 것 같습니다. 다른 국적의 사람들이 호텔에서 기대하는 바에 대해 도움이 필요하다고 생각하기 때문입니다. 더 적은 인력으로 더 많은 돈을 벌려고 노력하는 것은 기본을 제대로 갖추면 효과가 있지만 그렇지 않으면 이중고가 됩니다. 어쩌면 내가 영국인일지도 모르지만 독일인과 네덜란드인도 더 많은 것을 기대할 것이라고 확신합니다. 우리는 돌아오지 않을 것이다"

"Just got home from our 4 night stay at Le Kandahar Hotel and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Upon arrival Allain gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the hotel. It was the perfect place to stay for our skiing holiday. Firstly, the steam and sauna was lovely after a long day of skiing. Secondly, the food was amazing! We only ate in the restaurant once, but the burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The restaurant always seemed lively with a good atmosphere. Lastly, the hotel and room was always clean and well maintained. All the staff were very polite and friendly. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!! Thank you Allain and all the staff at Le Kandahar Hotel."

"The front desk staff were very nice and the apartment was okay. The issues that we had were: - the WiFi was non-existent. None of us managed to connect all week and we were told that this was a problem with the exchange rather than the apartment block. This didn't ring true as we had friends in the village whose service was fine. So if you are with teens, expect a large data bill - take your own pillows. The pillows provided barely deserved the term “pillows”, being tiny and without shape or support - take your own towels; those provided had seen better days -showers; the flow was weak in both - hot water. At peak times, i.e. the morning and after skiing, we struggled to get hot water. I was told that this was due to demand. if you are going to build an apartment complex, one of your key services is hot water - oven. There were no instructions."
