Room assigned Room 207, the heating wasn't working, i complained and for 3 hours(between 7pm and 10pm) i was told in 30mins constantly, the staff(s) did not even show any concern and also not communicating with me, I kept on requesting the heating needs looking into.
Till i checked out that heater never worked and i caught a flu (runny nose) sleeping in the cold
The fact i was lied too isn't acceptable nor apologised to on issue or even offer another room.... so sad!!!!! indeed that is not a very good customer service.
