에메랄드 비치 리조트 만달(Emerald Beach Resort)

Nice place- but my room NEVER got maid service and I had to fetch my own clean towels. They must charge extra for hot water-- since there was none in this shower-- despite calling the hotel's attention to it twice. I first tried to CALL reception but... the phone had no dial tone. Reception just said, "I only do the beach towels"... and never even recorded my complaint. Second try got as shrug and "I'll file for maintenance." Food was on par but you will wait forever for it to find you. Bottom line- on my "never again" list because of the ABSENCE of service and lack of basics (like a warm shower- or maid service). On a scale of 100 Emerald Beach gets a 15 for location (after a small deduction for airplane noise (the runway id literally at the foot of the property) and zeros for facility overall and service. Find another place to stay.

Conveniently located near the airport. If you don’t have bags it could be a 10 minute walk but with bags and if too hot you might prefer a taxi. Costly by the way. Hotel is on the beach. my room was kind of renovated decent but overall pricy for what it was. Staff friendly and helpful. I would go back as hotel choice near airport is very limited

Could not rate the resort, only made it to the front desk. ******* said it was available, so we booked it. We drove to the resort to find that there was no vacancy. Not the property's fault. Front desk tried to accommodate us at a sister hotel. Poor lady was the only one servicing multiple families at once, could not answer all of the phone calls.

I was skeptical because of some of the reviews but the property was great! Food and drinks were delicious, a little slow but everything was really good. The beach was beautiful!

Beautiful views and beach but hotel is outdated. Our toilet leaked and the fridge was broke. Service is slooooow but polite.

While I did enjoy my stay in St. Thomas, my biggest issue is with the cleanliness of the resort. The sink and toilet had stains, the shower head had hard water residue, and overall the bathroom did not look like it was cleaned at all. There was also a bug in my room and I asked for the front desk to accommodate me by giving me a new room and they were unable to. The property looked nice from the outside but they need to do better with the cleanliness of the rooms as that’s where people lay their head.

The room was nice and clean, comfortable and met our expectations. Excellent view which was definitely on our list. Restaurant food was excellent, staff very friendly. Close to the airport. The only negative I noticed that didn't make for an outstanding rating was the areas around the hotel were not kept tidy. Junk was stacked in wooded area apparently discard from renovations. And I wish the rooms had microwaves. Would definitely stay here again and hopefuly real soon. Beaches in St. Thomas and St. John are absolutely beautiful.

Our ac didn’t work. They had no maintenance in the evening. The person at counter said they would refund our stay through *******. But we haven’t received it

Better than expected. Beach was great. Bar was very good. Resteraunt was good. Stayed in room 2201...plenty of hot water, great view, clean room. Will be staying here again. Stayed for 4 nights.
