This hotel was lovely! We had a small issue with breakfast, as it really is limited. But customer service and everything else was wonderful!

Great location. Right on E. Bay St in the heart of the Historic District. Walking distance to King St, Aquarium, Market, etc.etc. The property was very clean, staff was great, and location was hard to beat. I only wish they would offer something other then the same breakfast every morning. For those of us who don't love grits, some pancakes or waffles would be a good substitute. Otherwise, the properties location was perfect.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location!!!!
Love the little extras.
A welcome drink, comfy robes and slippers, a carafe of water , and chocolates at turn down time.

Service was excellent! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location close to dining and shopping. We could walk to everything. Rooms were lovely. Hotel bar was very cozy.

Nice and clean. We stayed on a Friday night and Saturday night. Friday night music from bar across from our side of building loud and noisy all night. Saturday night not so bad

Beautiful boutique hotel, great design, welcoming, we were welcomed with sweet tea and ice water, also cocktails at night at the check-in desk. Bathroom was just as in pictures, beautiful and large, roomy. The area was great, right in the heart of downtown Charleston. Definitely will stay there again!
