Mari Beach

Nice beach nice people nice staff i love Greek people from my deep heart and I hope one day I come back to see my friends again . Mari beach is the best hotel I ever been and they have very good beer and ouzo and room have good view and its nice and clean.

Where do I start ... The good points.. Close to the beach The bad points.... Air conditioning didn't work I spoke to the manager after having an horrendous hot night he said an engineer had been in the afternoon to fix it, I went up with him to show him how it wasn't working he then moved us rooms and low and behold the next day the Air con unit had been changed to a new one I asked to go back in the room and the answer was NO!! €7 a night a fan would've have been better. Food.... Very little choice and cold didn't replenish stuff when it ran out the same veg every night as we were half board we only ate in the evening 2 times and breakfast was boiled eggs, onion rings little sausages then your usual cold meats with cakes honey yoghurt which was OK Mattresses were old you could feel the springs all the furniture out dated could do with a revamp , the bedding and towels were only changed twice in the 2 weeks , the bin in the bathroom changed everyday only because the toilet paper was in it. Ants innthe bathroom tried to tell them but nothing done .NO bin in the room for everyday rubbish.The refrigerator in the room very small no freezer part to make ice cubes . Staff not very talkative and also preparing food vegetables and meat outside where other staff are smoking not very hygenic Party every Saturday and Wednesday where all the youngsters came for a dance music very loud until around 4am not to bad if you stayed in a room at the back Overall loved Corfu but wouldn't not stay there again if I won it for free I've stayed on a lot of Greek islands in apartments similar and the cleanliness was much better and Aircon that actually works Stay away to avoid the disappointment

Goede locatie, direct aan een kiezelstrand. Zonnebedjes gratis pool en strand. 10 minuten wandelen naar Kavros, allemaal winkeltjes en restaurants. Kamers waren prima, wel gehorige maar een goed bed! Badkamer was wel verouderd. Airco 7€ per dag. Hotel werkt nog wel veel met cash, toeristenbelasting en poolbar. Ontbijt in buffetvorm was prima. Beach party's elke woensdag en zaterdag, zelfs lokale mensen komen na 0:00.
