We visited in June, and every single member of the staff was an absolute delight – incredibly courteous, genuinely friendly, and always eager to help. Our welcome was particularly memorable; we were greeted with refreshing cold lemon juice upon arrival, a thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel cherished before being escorted to our beautiful rooms. And let's talk about the food – simply outstanding! The variety on offer was superb, catering to every palate. For those early morning safaris, the resort went above and beyond, providing delicious packed breakfasts with a fantastic selection (we loved choosing from Poha, Upma, Parathas, Omelettes, and Sandwiches!), ***** with refreshing cold water. And for our afternoon excursions, we were pleasantly surprised with thoughtful snacks, cold juice, and more water – they truly anticipate your every need! The ambience of the resort itself is an experience not to be missed. Situated right next to a vibrant waterhole, their Machan offers an unparalleled spot for wildlife spotting – it's magical! Our rooms were not only spacious and impeccably clean but also thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities one could wish for, including reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. Plus, it's wonderfully kid-friendly, making it perfect for families. It's clear that the owners and the entire team at Tigers Heaven Resort pour their hearts into making every guest's Tadoba experience a memorable one. They certainly succeeded with ours! "The hotel experience was average and below expectations. Despite booking an AC luxury villa, maintenance was poor, with mosquitoes, lizards, and ants raising serious hygiene concerns. It did not appear that proper pest control had been done recently. The check-in process was underwhelming, with no basic welcome gesture. The waiting area is non-AC and uncomfortable in the heat. Recreational options for children are limited. Indoor games like carrom and chess are available, but the room is poorly maintained and extremely hot. The swimming pool area lacked an attendant, had no nearby washroom, and the filtration system did not seem operational. While the staff were courteous and polite, overall maintenance, hygiene, and amenities need significant improvement."
