The hotel is really clean and the room are also in immaculate condition. Service is really quick . Helpful staff and the food is absolutely delicious..a little expensive ..but delicious..

The name doesn't necessarily means that you are good. This hotel in Chandigarh is waste of money for following reasons- 1. No one picks up phone at room service, you've to ask reception for room service to contact you. 2. Housekeeping is also same as above, they provide towels and toiletries after ***y requests. 3. For their wifi, no one informs you at reception, unless you ask for. 4. The only good thing is their staff and rooms except washrooms where trays are so small with small basin platform, that things keep on falling In all, what we expected, it was not such experience and we're highly disappointed.

The hotel service and staff was good and polite . The staff was friendly and helpful . The room was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to housekeeping ( Miss saloni and khusboo) Work well very impressed.Comfortable place nd good vibes . Room also nice

Service by Sanjay from House Keeping department had been exceptional. Very Polite, Prompt and excellent service. As I was not keeping well, he made the things more comfortable for me by arranging as per my requirement.

Nice place to stay here clean work excellent food was so nice and fresh staff was so helpful and good behaviour with each and every person.the room was clean and comfortable.special thanks to housekeeping miss khushboo work well very impressed.

Had been to this property on 2nd Feb 2024 for 3 nights ***** with my family. Room was OK. Breakfast spread and the taste was also good. Whole Hotel staff is very supportive and cooperative. Only thing which I feel that this hotel needs renovation as bathrooms were having old looks. Also the reception area was also not attractive. Rest of things were okay.

The rooms were very clean and very well maintained. Meals were good as well. The staffs were very friendly and helpful as well as very prompt with their services specially the staff named Mamata. So personally I had a very good experience here and would recommend everyone who is looking for a good place to stay in Chandigarh alone or with family.
