Stopped here on route back from the Alps. 10 minute walk to the medieval city. Pleasant restaurant, limited menu but the fish was excellent, as was the Cremant du Bourgogne. Clean and quiet rooms. Private parking. Staff helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel, well located close to the railway station. Friendly, welcoming staff, explained everything when I arrived. Good sized room, only lacking a folding case stand or bench and extra clothes hangers. Excellent quiet air conditioning, a real boon during the recent hot weather. Good curtains that block out the light, but a bright LED indicator light tends to light up the room at night. Easy to cover though. Nice bathroom, adequate bench space, but no towel rail. Good breakfast in the morning. All in all, a very welcoming, pleasant place to stay, with friendly staff that make all the difference.

Pokey "Comfort" room with no view. Small spa area. Really poor breakfast; dinner in hotel's Le Terminus restaurant was good, though. Secure parking. Chalon is no longer a pleasant place to visit, with a large migrant population that could make a single female feel uncomfortable. I'm not visiting Chalon-sur-Saone again.

Good standard and comfortable hotel conveniently located very close to railway station. Welcoming and attentive staff. Recommended.

3 night stay over the weekend with my colleague for a business trip. My room was in good working order however my colleague had low shower pressure in the bathroom. We contacted the front desk and the woman told us that it was normal which was very strange as my room was perfect and had a good quality shower. There was no check of the room or offer to be moved to another room. Breakfast was ok at best. Deli meats were a little dry and hot food wasn’t particularly appealing.

The whole experience was fantastic. The receptionist was lovely, the waitstaff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and it even had a window in the shower. Excellent bathroom with very nice soap. The food was delicious, I had the chicken, and wine Givry Blanc was wonderful. The receptionist was even kind enough to print out the information regarding the wine. I definitely would return. Thank you all for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a good location across from the train station with easy access to food and shopping. Our room was very bright and comfortable for 2. Pretty bathroom with a big shower and lots of space. Comfortable bed, so we slept well. Nice breakfast buffet included with the room.

We stayed here both on the way to and on the way back from the south. We stayed in two different rooms but both were reasonably sized, very clean with great air conditioning and a good sized bathroom. The breakfast was good for France with a decent buffet and coffee machine. The parking is good (8 euros extra) if you get there in time to bag a spot but not sure I’d want to park on the road with a car full of stuff. The staff were very friendly. We didn’t use the spa but it looked nice.

Final room we stayed in was clean, well maintained, and quiet despite being at train station. Parking was a breeze if you didn't have a space at hotel. However, first assigned room had an ant problem and the shower drain was not working. Breakfast was nice, but they ran out of scrambled eggs by 9 AM each day and you had to order boiled eggs if you wanted eggs. Staff was very nice. Restaurant had good quality food for dinner but with a limited menu.
