You will be responsible for any type of encounter and it's outcome.--We have WiFi on site--Each cabin has a toaster oven rather than a full oven.--We have ample parking on site so if you are traveling with a trailer, know that we have enough space for your parking needs.--We are on a well system here -- be aware of your water usage. A septic system has its own requirements which we will inform you upon your arrival.--River Rest is a brand new build, so we will be upgrading the landscaping, but do not anticipate that it will impact your visit with us. We want to keep it as natural as we can with a few added touches to enhance your stay with us.--Our property is partially fenced: the east side is marked with red ties to mark the irrigation ditch.
