Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin on Portage Lake near Park Rapids, Minnesota. New kitchen and all new flooring in May/June of 2021. Both bathrooms have been remodeled as well. This 2100 square foot cabin has an open floor plan in the main area, with bar seating and a large farmhouse table, sofa seating area, and full size kitchen. There is a massive 1200 sq foot 3 season porch with lots of room for indoor activities. There is a washer and dryer for renter use, bedding, towels, linens, soaps, and basic kitchen tools stocked. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes/silverware, drinkware, towels, and soap. The deck has a propane grill. There is a fire pit, dock, and sand beach area. There are a few games, puzzles, books, and toys in the cabin and fishing poles in the porch. There are 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks on the property.Bedroom 1, King Bed Bedroom 2, Queen Bed Bedroom 3, Daybed with trundleBedroom 4 (closed in porch area); 2 single beds and full size futon, Couch can be used for sleeping also.The Park Rapids area is a relaxing summer destination for you and your family to relax by the beachside fire, shop, hike, dine, atv, boat, fish, or visit local tourist destinations. Some options are; visit Dorset for dinner at the famous Campanero's Mexican Restaurant, The Dorset House or La Pasta Italian Eatery. The town of Park Rapids offers shopping, coffee shops, cafes and restaurants. Itasca State Park is located within a 20 minute drive and offers biking, hiking and an on site restaurant.
