"체크인이 불편했습니다. 야간이라 프런트 데스크에 아무도 없었어요. 밤 11시에 도착해서 영하 12도의 추운 날씨에 한 시간 반 동안 밖에서 기다린 후에야 씨트립 고객센터에 전화해서 직원을 만나 체크인을 할 수 있었습니다. 다른 투숙객들은 예약 시 주차장, 호텔 입구, 객실 문을 셀프 서비스로 이용할 수 있는 출입 코드를 받았는데, 저는 받지 못했습니다. 다행히 씨트립 고객센터에서 친절하고 효율적으로 문제를 해결해 줘서 정말 좋았습니다! 👍"

"Upon arrival, we noticed that the exteriors were seriously neglected. We booked a suite (at €169). Big disappointment, it's just a very large room! Nothing to sit on (just an armchair in a corner) yet there is plenty of room for a table and two chairs or even a lounge! No fridge, drinks are placed on a piece of furniture! However, the bedding is very good quality! The bathroom is not heated, the toilet leaks profusely, and to top it all off, the window overlooking the outbuildings at the back and the staff parking lot is very large but has neither blinds nor curtains... Hello privacy!!! The restaurant: it's cold, the tables are devoid of any decoration (tablecloths, placemats, flowers, candles...) We were brought an amuse bouche still frozen in the center, our starters arrived cold, we repacked them, and came back barely warm, the same for the dishes! And on top of that, there's no taste interest, really very mediocre! The staff is very, very young and completely lacking in professionalism!!! Breakfast: staff absent, but we notice that we have to go and help ourselves in the bar on the other side of the reception. There are eggs but no more bacon, the smoked salmon and the fruit salad are turning brown! The pastries are frozen! On the other hand, there is a very beautiful collection of works of art, as well as cobwebs. To top it all off: our bill was never sent to us as promised! QUID"
