"The Cresta Palace Hotel in Celerina is a wonderful place to stay—charming, beautiful, and very welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, always making sure everything is just right. It’s a great choice for families, as it’s very child-friendly and offers lots of support for activities. The location is perfect, close to St. Moritz and amazing ski areas, especially for beginners. They even helped us arrange private ski lessons and took care of all the details for our trips and activities. The food is excellent, and the service makes the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"An outstanding hotel offering great value-for-money and higher standards than the much larger, slightly dated and much more expensive 5* hotel nearby. The hotel is very modern but with beautiful traditional features. The inclusion of a kitchenette in the room is fantastic and gives the visitor more dining options. The bathroom is of a very high quality. The bed and the bedding is also of high quality, though I found the bedsheet a bit too hot. Very kindly, the hotel staff offered to provide an alternative. That brings me to the lovely team of people who work here. The reception team was very friendly and welcoming and sympathized witty my delayed arrival. They gave me a lovely guided tour when I did eventually arrive! I should also praise the amazing housekeeping team, who cleaned my room beautifully each day, including the kitchenette. Overall, I would say this is a boutique hotel delivering a 5 * experience. It was a beautiful, outstanding surprise."
