We stayed in the here for the second time in a row this year ,had a superior appointment by one of the many pools .The appointment had every thing we wanted . The village is beautiful, with lots of restaurant and bars . There are hills The staff were lovely , and very helpful for arranging day trips away .

Loved Monte Dourado, we stayed in a superior 2 bed sea view apartment and it was amazing. We had everything we needed in the apartment. We didnt use the pools alot as we went to the beach. It is up a hill but that was no issue for us. The ladies at reception were very helpful. We would definitely return.

The apartment is in a great location and is a good size with lots of essentials. the pool areas were clean and quiet with a few sunbeds. the apartment are up alot of steps and the whole complex is up very steep hills. the reception lady very kindly arranged for us to move to another apartment which was up slightly less steps but this complex is not really the place to stay if you have any mobility issues although taxis are available- there are still a number of steps to climb.

Had a wonderful stay in summer 2023 so much so we are going back for summer 2924 ,accommodation was spotless with everything you would need ,went for a superior room with sea views that did not disappoint. The town and beach is about 5 minutes away down hill .and the sunsets are superb.

We stayed in no.82, which had a lovely view across all the village houses and a partial sea view. Sitting on the balcony was lovely, and the seagulls were quite entertaining! The apartment was very homely, and well equipped. It had a personal touch to it, with a stereo, cds, books and games...you name it, it had it all. The bedrooms and walk in showers, we're a delight, and it felt quite luxurious. Maids came in on every other day, to remove waste, and mop floors. No fresh bedding however. The pools are small and dotted around the resort. They don't have music, so nice and peaceful, though the usual bed reserving happens. Particularly from guests staying around the pool. There is a steep walk back up to the resort, but it isn't too far, just challenging in 30° heat perhaps! The only issue I had overall, due to some strong winds, was a window shutter from an empty apartment, that continuously blew and made a long bang, on a few nights, so sleep wasn't the best. Also some noisy neighbours which can't be avoided. I loved this place, it was a lovely break.

The hotel had a beautiful view of the beach, which my family really enjoyed. The Mount Duarado organization team provided excellent support and we especially appreciated the pool facilities. The receptionist was exceptional and gave great recommendations for places to visit. While the hotel was overall very friendly, it could benefit from some indoor facilities to provide entertainment and alleviate any potential boredom.
