This is our 4th time in this hotel. Its reliably clean, up to date, great breakfast and excellent value. Safe neighborhood and convenient location

Room was not super clean spider web both bed by head board check in staff was not friendly food was good employee in breakfast room nice no receipt was given when checking out or good bye

Staffs are courteous. Facilities are well maintained. Breakfast is excellent healthy and nutritious.. Room is spacious and comfortable. Bed is large and supportive for a good night sleep and rejuvenation. Location is convenient to local restaurants and beach. Santa Barbara is only 17 minutes drive away. Many Michelin starred restaurants in Santa Barbara but suggest you to make early reservation. Carpinteria has a nice star beach and the sunset in the horizon is romantic and beautiful according to your mood.

酒店衞生乾淨整潔，居住環境安靜，感覺附近大環境安全。距離附近景點都比較近，距離鎮中心的餐館也比較近 ，

設施：比較新 衞生：還不錯 環境：還可以 服務：打掃挺勤快，服務員早早等我們退房整理房間 早餐就是普通美國早餐，麪包、蛋餅、培根、司康、燕麥粥、咖啡、果汁等 主要是位置打動我，離想去看的學校很近

入住體驗極差。入住當天下午2:30在之前預訂扣了保證金的前提下被酒店強行要求扣一晚房費，雖然我們還沒入住。電話加攜程聯繫😓被警告房間否則會被取消。訂房須知上壓根兒沒這條。辦理入住之後，又扣了兩晚房費。而且安排了一個小一半的非套房給我們。最後百般協調，酒店開始不認給錯房。後來承認了又説沒什麼差價…簡直無語😢如果不是參加兒子畢業典禮必須住在這裏 一定直接換地方。強烈不建議。

位置好，停車方便

Was a nice stay with my family. 13 mins away from Santa Barbara. Breakfast included it’s decent and easy for us family of 6.

The property is well maintained though old. Backs up to the freeway, and my room was in the back so did hear freeway noise. Parking is not close to rooms. Rooms are outdated, but very clean. It's been a long time since I have been to a place where they put a lock on the shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Makes you feel like you are in an unsafe area. Breakfast was free, but no water, and juice machine was broken. Only option was cheese omlette's for eggs- so no non cheese egg option. Religious station was playing in the breakfast room which I found to be odd.

Staff is just great! Friendly and every time, they make you feel welcomed. Rooms are so nice and clean. Property is kept clean and very pretty.

The experience was great minus the fact that there was no soap to wash your hands. We used the body shower instead

Unfortunately the room was very noisy. The refrigerator and something else causing a buzzing noise left us disappointed in our stay.

Wonderful stay at this property. A little dated, but it was nice and clean. Free daily breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Will stay here again.
