리리뷰어The hotel rooms were excellent- and front end check in were professional, helpful, and friendly.
My only issue was your breakfast area where there needs to be a dedicated person on duty in the finning area to be helpful to guests who were having trouble operating some of the equipment.
As well as on site in finning area to restock empty items as some areas were slow to be refilled.

리리뷰어Had a great experience here. Rooms were clean and nice to stay in. Came with a refrigerator. Check in was fast. Breakfast was a typical cereal, muffins, waffles, juice and coffee. Eggs and bacon too. Check in was fast and efficient. Location is perfect if you are taking the ferry out of Oaks Bluff.

리리뷰어Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at Sunbird Resort and Hotel. I’m not too familiar with their other location which is adjacent to the main hotel called Sunbird Annex. The continental breakfast was nice, clean, and things were replenished for the most part. Fruits, different juices, pastries, eggs, sausages, and coffee. Although the scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausages seem to all come from a bag that was microwaved, but what more can you ask for? It was tasty, clean, and enough to feed everyone.
I read from other reviews that a s’mores kit was available for kids but was told they only provide the lighter and propane. Not a big issue, but definitely a plus if it was available as advertised. Shuttle buses and night time movies were nowhere to be seen, but I did not ask about those so I can not really speak to that.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The staff was responsive. The room was cleaned daily and no issues with cleanliness. The room was definitely not a Hilton, bathroom could use an update. Again, for the most part it met my needs and my little kid had a blast.

RRatel주말에 남편과 3 일 동안 qet을 떠나 우리는 단지 긴장을 풀고 온수 욕조와 수영장을 즐기고 조용한 시간을 보내고 싶습니다. 내가 가진 유일한 불만은 몇 가지 소음을 내기 위해 뛰어 다니는 두 명의 아이들이었습니다. 성인이 어디에 있는지 모릅니다. 아이들. 오전 2 시까 지 시끄 럽습니다. 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 다른 호텔에 머무르는 것에 대해 매우 존중하고 존중했습니다. 나는 경영진에게 전화해서는 안되지만 그렇지 않았습니다. 또는 복도 쓰레기에서 아이들이 너무 엉망으로 만들었습니다.

EEllebelleVery conveniently located within a short walk of the bus station. Large, spread out layout although Motel style, no interior corridors, so door and front window open to the parking lot. The room is a bit dated but very clean and I found the bed, shower and WiFi all good. Checkin was fast and easy which was a relief because I had a question about it and no-one from the property had replied to my email (calling might be better but I was coming from outside the country). Not the most scenic of locations, but it was quiet and felt safe enough. I would stay again for an overnight after coming on the bus from Logan. Thank you.
