레지덴시아 로스 엔칸토스(Residencia Los Encantos)

This place I booked for Ten days in Cancun. When I got to the property, the owner told me that the place is fully booked, and I should ring ******* for my money back. I finally get hold of *******. They contact the owner and this guy told them that I didn’t show and wouldn’t refund my money. So I’m back in the US and ******* has try again and he still refuses to refund my money. So don’t book this place or do not pay upfront. 😡👎

So I was into Tulum for seven days. I booked Residenca Los Encantos for 10 days in Cancun. I arrived at Residenca Los Encantos and the owner turned me away, saying his place is booked for six months. I tried to call *******, but couldn’t get through. They had a voice message which was in Spanish, but I rang the New Zealand number lol!!. I didn’t understand what the lady on the voice message was saying. So I had to book another hotel. I emailed ******* about the situation and a day later I got an email from ******* saying that the owner of this place said I didn’t turn up and that they will not be refunding my money. I made it clear to ******* on an email that I did turned up on the 5th of December and the owner turned me away, but still ******* email me back and said no it’s my fault and they will not be refunding my money. So if you’re looking to stay at this place. I advise you not to or do not pay in advance and do not use ******* because it seems like that don’t care. Solo traveler Cancun, Mexico. JK

El lugar es una casa aparentemente abandonada, estuve afuera del lugar por más de 2 horas, el lugar oscuro en pésimas condiciones, estuve llamando y no contestaron a pesar de realizar más de 10 llamadas. Me comunique con los de la aplicación y van a revisar mi caso, y en 5 días hábiles me dan el estatus. Ya que el servicio no es reembolsable. NO RENTAR ESTE LUGAR!!
