So I was into Tulum for seven days. I booked Residenca Los Encantos for 10 days in Cancun. I arrived at Residenca Los Encantos and the owner turned me away, saying his place is booked for six months. I tried to call *******, but couldn’t get through. They had a voice message which was in Spanish, but I rang the New Zealand number lol!!. I didn’t understand what the lady on the voice message was saying. So I had to book another hotel. I emailed ******* about the situation and a day later I got an email from ******* saying that the owner of this place said I didn’t turn up and that they will not be refunding my money. I made it clear to ******* on an email that I did turned up on the 5th of December and the owner turned me away, but still ******* email me back and said no it’s my fault and they will not be refunding my money. So if you’re looking to stay at this place. I advise you not to or do not pay in advance and do not use ******* because it seems like that don’t care. Solo traveler Cancun, Mexico. JK
