BSEA 칸쿤 플라자 호텔(Bsea Cancun Plaza Hotel)

Hotel was ok for the price we pay. Need a lot of work to be on Hotel Zone. But it can turn beautiful, view was amazing, front desk personal amazing very helpful with directions and information also the people at the gate and the shopping store.

Stayed in the master suite for 3 days. The view was amazing but the lady receptionist was the rudest person i've ever encountered. Wifi coverage is awful, had to pay more money than trip.com said at the time of booking.

Sehr schmutzig. Ich bekam 3 Tage lang die selben benutzten Handtücher einfach nur frisch zusammen gefaltet. Überall Schimmel, Flecken auf der Bettdecke

性價比挺高，周邊要找到靠沙灘泳池的酒店價格都高很多，另外wifi僅限公共區域

Hôtel ayant une magnifique piscine à débordement avec vue sur une très belle plage mais tout est gâché par les employés. Dès le début nous sommes accueillis par deux femmes, hautaine, méchantes, qui accueillent mal ! Revoyez votre façon de parler aux clients Surveillant piscine très méchant également !! J’étais pressé de partir On dirait j’étais en prison ! Restaurant pas propre, cher et pas bon!!!! Salle de bain très petite, on a eu un mini gel douche pour deux pendant 3 jours !!!

Nos tocó un fin de semana ventoso. Ninguna ventana cerraba bien, por lo cual sonaba todo el tiempo el silbido del viento cosa muy molesta en la noche. No salía agua caliente de la regadera No hubo wifi en las habitaciones y el de las áreas comunes no funcionaba bien. El restaurante para desayunar ofrece un desayuno súper básico y caro para lo que es el lugar. Sabemos que no es un hotel 5 estrellas pero lo más básico no lo cumple. Claramente no volvemos a hospedarnos allí.

The beds were extremely hard, NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE even tho it was on the website and it was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel in the first place. It was stressful to deal with our taxi situation cuz our return taxi the next day didn’t show up. Other than that, if this place would do a bed upgrade and take down the shuttle advertisement, we would def give it 5 stars. Beautiful beach/views!! The room was unique, cute restaurant, & friendly staffs.

Just got back from a 1 week stay at Bsea - Don't listen to the whiners!!!! First (important) - this is a "condotel" not a hotel chain and not a resort. With that said this is a no frills service property. The services provided are contracted - so don't expect the Hilton - with that said the service was better than expected - restaurant food and service was very good - yes I had wifi in my room - it was clean and of course the price was very affordable. I would recommend this property to anyone on a budget and is an independent traveler that doesn't need to be pampered. The place is clean - the management company is fair - No smoking on premises (only on the beach) - laundry service $100pp for wash and dry, convenience store on property - decent prices and oxxo across the street. I only wish you could get a coffee before 8:30am and beach access before 6:00am as I am an early riser - for early coffee i walked across the street to oxxo - otherwise buy instant and use the microwave. I will be coming back to Bsea - BTW it's known locally as "Cancun Plaza" the taxi's, bus drivers, tour operators, etc. - you might want to remember this
