Ensuite private bathroom with shower, amenities include bath towels, organic soap and shampoo Air conditioner Minifridge Smart Tv Electrical boiling water Keetle for coffee, teas or soup, we provide little packages of coffee, teas, sweeteners and powder creams Electrical toaster oven Some utensils (forks, knifes, cups, glasses, plates, wine opener) ---------------------------------- We have in our property 6 accommodations: Cancun Guest House 1 Cancun Guest House 2 (Studio for 4 guests) Cancun Guest House 3 Cancun Guest House 4 (with private jacuzzi on terrace) Cancun Guest House 5 Cancun Guest House 6 (with common shared areas) All 6 accommodations provide full privace since these are not communicated or shared common areas other tan the outside patios (1 front patio) and terraces (4 terraces in total), ----------------------- Roy and Oscar really enjoy meeting with guests of all nationalities and backgrounds, and provide any useful information if required (after living here 28 years we know many details about the city) , at the same time we respect and provide full privacy , that is the main reason why we built in thinking that our family , friends, and now guests, would have their own privacy without feeling commited or compromised, most important is that every guest feels like at their own home, but whenever our guests want to meet us and our cats, always welcome ! we will make a nice margarita or coffee and chat for a while ! , late in the afternoons and at night , it is a great time for us to have drink after a busy day, relax and enjoy meeting the very nice guests we have always had.
