The exteriors of this wonderful house are prepared to offer you the peace and quiet you deserve. On the ground floor terrace you will find a dining area where you can enjoy tasty meals with your companions. On the top floor there is also another terrace. Being in a residential area, privacy is partial as the property has direct neighbours.
The house is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV and AC, open to the gas kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is also a bedroom with double bed and AC. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. As you go upstairs you will see 3 more bedrooms equipped with AC. Two of them have a double bed and have direct access to a small balcony. The third bedroom has a single bed and a study or work area. A bathroom with bathtub is at your disposal on the same floor. On the third floor there is another terrace with a view of the mountains and if the day is clear you can also see the sea. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
Sa Ràpita is a perfect place for whom are looking to disconnect at a peacefull area. Is well known due to the gorgeous sandy crystalized water beaches, like Es Trenc, a natural protected paradise. A this beach you will find some bars just at the seaside, where sometimes people play live music and makes it an authentic majorcan summer afternoon experience. At the village, there are services like a grocery store, some coffee shops and typical restaurants. Visit Colonia de Sant Jordi village, a typical fishing area where having a tasty dinner with a majorcan wine will be a pleasure. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The exteriors of this villa are unbeatable. The private chlorine pool is really spectacular because of its 20 x 10 m and its depth of 0.5 to 3 m. In its surroundings, there is a terrace with 11 sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The porch is ideal to get relaxed after having a great swim. It also has various tables and chairs to have a drink or taste a delicious barbecue prepared in the open air. The plot is fenced and the privacy is total.

The country house is located at only 4.7 km from Campos village where you will find all the necessary services such as supermarket, restaurants, bars, etc. Every thursday there is a fresh fruits and vegetables market and on Saturdays there is a market with all sorts of products in the streets of the center. The nearest beach is Es Trenc, at 13.5 km, one of the best ones of Mallorca due to its white sand and crystal-clear waters.

The private chlorine pool is the main protagonist of the outdoor area of this immense property. It measures 9 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1 to 1.8 meters. Around you can sunbathe on the sunbeds and enjoy a delicious barbecue. The pool area is closed to protect the little ones. You can also sit on the porch of the house to have lunch or dinner alfresco. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
The 2-storey house preserves the Mallorcan character of yesteryear and at the same time has all the modern comforts. Upon entering we find the large room with sat TV. It connects with the dining area with capacity for 10 people and AC. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The ground floor is completed with a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the first floor we have another living room and 4 more bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the other two have 2 single beds each. And all bedrooms have AC and oil central heating. If you are travelling with your baby we will provide you with a cot and a high chair.
The house is located on a large estate surrounded by fields and peace and halfway between Campos and Santanyí. Its location is ideal if you want to visit the beautiful beaches of Es Trenc, Cala Santanyí or Cala Llombards. It is also close to the beautiful Mondragó Natural Park. Although in the municipality of Campos, the house is a little closer to Santanyí, where you will find all the necessary services for your stay. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
