The breakfast was OK but the hot food was not an English breakfast like you can get in other hotels . I came to this hotel to sit around the pool for a few days buy could not as all the sunbeds were reserved and paid for have never had this before and ruined the stay for us

We had a great stay in this hotel! The location was perfect, near Andraxt, not far from Palma and overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean sea! And from the hotel you can access 3 different beaches (the smallest one being our favorite!) Every morning and evening we had a stunning meals with the best view on one of the 2 beautiful terraces! I also highly recommend the best spot of the long chairs under the pine trees overlooking the sea... just perfect to read, relax or nap! The staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and always available and kind to us and our kids. A big part that made our stay really great was the kids club, a service offered by the hotel and managed by the great María José! Our kids loved her and she was always available if we needed some extra hours for ourselves! We loved this family & friends experience, we will definitely come back!

I like the Hotel. Friendly people, clean, everything nearly great. The only thing which drives me crazy are the two elevators. Sometimes you have wait several minutes and the elevators are passing my floor several times without stopping. But I would definitely come back.

Our third visit to Lido this year ! My 6yr old daughter loves this hotel due to great kids club, close beach and indoor outdoor pool ! Food also varied and good quality. Wi-Fi and mobile reception acceptable but a bit weak in some rooms. On this trip our entertainer Victor was lots of fun with some great kids activities. My daughter especially loved the Mini Disco and was so excited each evening to meet her friends and dance to Victors great music ! Well done!

A 4 star hotel on the beautiful beach of Peguera. We had a superior ocean and pool view room. Breakfast was included and offered more delicious choices than one could possibly eat. Everything was spotless and the staff were friendly and professional. Lounge chairs were available poolside as well as on the beach and the wooded hillside. Such a beautiful place to sunbathe, read and relax. The hotel is situated in a great spot. Countless wonderful restaurants are within walking distance. Perhaps because the summer season was winding down it was quiet. Be prepared to be amongst a German majority clientele. German and English are widely spoken as , of course, Spanish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Our 2nd stay at Lido Park 25 min transfer from Palma airport. We arrived late 10.30pm. Cold buffet was provided and much needed. So really pleased The hotel is spotlessly clean . It situated close to shops resturants and bars . The staff are helpful and friendly. Food is lovely and good choices. Its setting is beautiful . Its has tiered sun loungers under trees (I d advise paying for a lounger for your stay) Steps straight on to beach lovely for a late night swim . This hotel would not suit anyone with mobility issues . We went with a 14 and 17 yr old . There is a pool table , table tennis and table football in bar area Our entertainment was the pool and sea mainly . Pedlos and paddle boards for hire on beach . Good fun. We also took a 10 min cab to a Water Park in Magaluf on one of our days. Which was great for our teenagers . It has a high proportion of German guests. We were the only English family . I really enjoyed it and would happily book again and again

Do you want to enjoy the overwhelming blue of the sea, the wildness of the rocks and beautiful pines in the morning sun? Do you like southern fruits and coffee? do you want your breakfast to be original? Choose the Universal Lido Hotel in Peguera. And don't worry if the pillows are hard or the elevators are slow. Enjoy what you don't have every day in your own home.!!!

Booked last minute direct due to Rhodes fires. 2 adults 16 and 13 year old.Read reviews and all we're very good but no mention of hotel being predominantly German and French. Loved the hotel rooms very clean we got family room very spacious and big bathroom for 4 of us with 2 balconies very partial Seaview. On check in as we had arrived early morning we had to wait until 2pm for room, we were not advised on any facilities etc, I had to ask where when how why to establish workings of hotel but luckily we had read very helpful reviews to give us heads up. Food was good but not huge vary and mostly fish pork as meat. Constantly ran out of bowls cups plates etc and asking whole time then would come out fresh from dishwasher piping hot. Seemed understaffed could have done with more. Overall apart from above was a very clean hotel with fantastic location and stunning views. Beaches were amazing right at foot of hotel. Entertainment was not on every night so quiet. Shops & restaurants 5 min walk from hotel but mainly all German so as only Irish family in hotel we felt very out of place. Would definitely go back if more international. Santa Ponsa o ly 5 mins in taxi so we spend more time there.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are very clean. The beach is very close and the hotel has 2 swimming pools. If you have a problem, the staff will react very quickly and help you.Fanstactic hotel!
