Super hôtel. Je recommande vraiment

We stayed there just for a night but it was enough to realise that workers as well as facilities are as great as one could imagine. It's the perfect place to relax, as there is a quiet spa with jacuzzi and sauna, among other services. Finally, we just had breakfast there but it was delicious! Will recommend it to friends and family for sure.

What a fantastic week at Lago for my 50th birthday! Cannot fault anything about our stay. The hotel is clean and is continually being cleaned. The food is exceptional, so much choice for both breakfast and evening meals also great for gluten free options. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

What an incredible resort! Very modern, clean and the staff are 5 stars! We had such an amazing time! I couldn’t ask for a better birthday trip! Braulio was a great host, recommending great drinks! Not to mention his great energy! Cris from the Experience desk was an angel! She booked us in for a boat tour (private tour that last 4 hours and it was AMAZING!) also shared her knowledge about the island with us! Impeccable service! I’ll be back for sure!

Casas del Lago is a fantastic hotel, staff amazing, location amazing, rooms amazing, service amazing. The only down thing, and it is a bit of a moan rather than a major negative is that there were no free sunbeds directly at the side of the pool, they were all to be paid for but there were plenty of other good quality beds in the pool area that were free. All in all though a very good 4☆ that we are looking now to book for next year!

I visited here with a friend in Sept for a much needed 3nt break in the Marina room. Sadly we had an issue with the toilet which filled continuously during the night, driving us crazy and resulting in very little sleep. We both have young children at home so were looking forward to rest and relaxation. We complained numerous times, but as they were full they said couldn't move us. Nothing was done to compensate us during our stay and we were not taken seriously. With it being such a short stay we just had to put up with it. We emailed numerous times on our return as sometimes our email was ignored. We were finally offered 10% off a return stay which considering you get that for signing up was a joke. Our break certainly did not serve its purpose as a relaxing break! We were really disappointed management did not sort our problem as although we were frustrated the Resort was lovely. We both said on the 1st day we would return and possibly also come with family to the villas. Breakfast was lovely, views and proximity to the Marina amazing. The beach club vibes around the pool were great with brilliant djs- just a shame we were too tired and grumpy to enjoy it properly :(

We had a lovely stay here! The stay was pleasant, staff were all very helpful and upbeat..nothing was too much trouble! Was all very clean and fresh! Trip was made with the dance moves and excellent service from Braudio who was very attentive and helped wherever he could! The best place for a relaxing break

I stayed in Lago resort Manorca for 7 days and it was the best experience I had after very long time! Hotel was simply amazing, staff are kind and welcoming and the pool area was such a vibe! On top of the above, the food was fresh and delicious. The Lago resort team surprised me for my birthday with a nice wine and food arrangement, I was very happy that the paid attention to detail and made my birthday remarkable. I would 100% recommend you to visit this amazing place!! I will definitely come back again!
