'모든 게 훌륭했고, 객실은 항상 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었습니다. 샤워실에서 유일하게 아쉬웠던 점은 샴푸를 사용할 수 없었다는 점입니다. 기계인지, 아니면 무슨 도구인지는 모르겠지만 제대로 작동하지 않아서 손세탁 세제로 씻어야 했습니다. 하지만 다른 날은 쇼핑을 가서 가장 저렴한 헤어 샴푸와 바디 샴푸를 샀는데, 그게 저희에게는 간단한 해결책이었습니다.'

'청소부가 매일 새 타월을 갈아주지 않아서 불만이에요. 매일 clran의 sanepid로 갈아줘야 해요. 호텔 내부는 멋지고 서비스도 좋아요. 위치가 아름다운 해변 근처에 있어요.'

'Only stayed there for 2 days so didn’t really mind the noise but it does get quite noisy. Pretty much a “ party” place, not my thing. The tv wasn’t even plugged in lol Bed sheets not very clean I wanted to charge my phone while in bed but there was no plug nearby. Good thing is being close to supermarkets, for a quick shop, a lots of restaurants available for a meal all night so very convenient . The hotel is also walking distance to the beach, like, 2min Okayish'

'空港からA2バスで、終点エルアレナルのビーチエリアまで。そこから徒歩で5-10分ほど、ホテルは坂の途中にあるため、最後に坂を1分ほど登る必要があります。 プールとサンベットが無料で利用でき、ジャグジーもありますが水は冷たいです。 部屋にはバルコニーがあり、開放的に過ごす事ができます。朝食はブッフェ形式で、たくさんの種類から選べますから、お勧めです。日替わりで、チュロス、スパニッシュオムレツ、ソブラサーダ、生ハムなどのスペイン料理も並びます。'

'If one wants to visit the El Arenal Area of Palma de Mallorca, the Hotel has the ideal location. It is easy to reach by Bus A51 (only two stops from the Airport), which already departs at 5 a.m. in the morning on the way back and therefore making it possible to reach flights departing at 6:30 a.m. without the need of an otherwise expensive Taxi. 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Receptionist on duty was from Austria, therefore she spoke, besides Spanish and English of course, fluent German - which is quite common in Palma. The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful A/C, but the walls are really thin. One can hear everything that is going on in other rooms as well as outside.'
