처음으로 씨트립에 속았다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 저는 항상 씨트립을 믿었습니다. 나중에 고객 서비스에서 결과를 적절하게 처리했지만 정말 최악의 경험이었습니다. 씨트립에서 제공한 공식 사진과 제가 직접 숙박한 사진은 다음과 같습니다. 호텔 게이트에서 호텔까지. 호텔 건물과 호텔 엘리베이터가 공식 건물과 전혀 똑같지 않다. 400위안이 넘는 호텔을 예약하고 충격을 받았다. 돈은 얼마 안 되지만 공항에서 갔다. 한밤중에 틈을 생각해봤는데 설명이 어려울줄은 몰랐네요 아침에 일어나보니 지붕에 총을 들고 있는 사람이 보이더군요 캄보디아에 있는줄 알았어요 산업 단지를 속이려고 거짓말은 없었습니다.

호텔 투숙, 편안한 숙박, 깨끗한 객실

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with a great breakfast and friendly staff. The location is perfect, close to the City. I enjoyed the pool, the spa, and the other service. The hotel also arranged a tour for me to see the nearby tourist sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.

國內四星級酒店的價格，國內一星級旅館的設施。沒有熱水，無線不能用，毛巾也沒有，雖然我也不會用，更不用説拖鞋洗漱用品啥的。 周邊環境也破，這個不怪他們，開羅本來就這麼破。 埃及這個地方，酒店五星級跟四星雖然衹差了一星，裏面設施是天差地別，對居住環境有要求的，儘量還是選五星吧。 我住過的最沒有性價比的酒店，目前沒有之一。

방은 매우 좋았고 다른 시설은 없었습니다. 호텔은 오래되었고 호텔은 군대에 속하며 레스토랑과 음식은 매우 기본적입니다.

The people make this place worth the stay! The building is a little run down but it’s very affordable, the breakfast is really good and the staff are so helpful, friendly and welcoming.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The check-in took about 10 mins which was very quick compared to other hotels in the same category. The room was quite spacious considering it was a single room. The breakfast was decent with Egyptian and western cuisines to choose from. The only issue I encountered was the elevators. On one occasion, the main elevator wasn't working and one of the staff showed me the way to another one. I was a bit delayed but nothing too problematic. All in all I'd say it's a decent value for money hotel with clean rooms, good breakfast and conveniently located close to transport, restaurants, shopping malls,.. Highly recommended.
