플라야 그란데 리조트 후기

리조트는 아름답고 고객 서비스는 훌륭합니다. 위치가 완벽합니다. 그러나 음식은 괜찮습니다. 사이트의 모든 레스토랑에는 매우 부드러운 음식과 높은 가격대가 있습니다. 다른 모든 것은 훌륭했습니다.

그 위치는 긍정적인 요소입니다. Baja 반도의 태평양 쪽 전용 해변이 있는 정박지 바로 근처. 객실은 깨끗하고 모든 편의 시설이 나열되어 있습니다. 체크인 절차는 약간 길며 안내원과 여주인을 만나야 합니다. 단축될 수 있었습니다. 또한 체크아웃하는 동안 접수원은 미리 예약한 택시가 우리를 데리러 숙소 안으로 들어올 수 없다고 말했지만 마침내 운전자가 들어올 수 있었습니다.

The resort is beautiful and walking distance to the marina. Great service and the restaurants have delicious food. Nice infinity pool overlooking the beach! The only bummer was they wouldn’t honor my two bedroom that I had reserved through Trip.com. For some reason it came across as only a one bedroom. 3 gals in the room, but we managed with the sofa bed. Otherwise the resort is fabulous!

Spent 4 nights at playa Grande and it exceeded expectations. Rooms were very spacious with a view of the ocean. The location was also perfect being walking distance to the Marina/restaurants/nightlife. Will be returning again!

It's cheap but I'd pay more to not be treated as poorly. The people at the front desk will give you the run around. If you have a need, they will challenge you first as part of the culture. The resort was probably nice at one time but it is not maintained (most the gym equipment is broken). They talked me into a room that would be available sooner since I was there early and 4 hours later it was still not available. They told me they'd call me and they didn't. I went to check it out and the service people were all in a circle telling stories in the lawn an hour past checkin time. I also paid my pool tab with my family's help to make sure I tipped correctly and they called my room 4x ($2ea) to have me come back for something. I went back and it was already signed with a tip & the next day 4 people come up to me to address the same signed tab. They had me go to the front desk I was all over the place for no reason except to confirm it was my tab. I just kept signing the same tab. When I went to check out it was the same thing. They said I wasn't in the room I had so I couldn't check out so I went to my shuttle which they pulled me out of it to go back in and sign for a 0 balance. Seriously. Stay somewhere else. It's not even conveniently located to walk into town. I will say the people they hired to conduct activities was amazing. My family enjoyed pool volleyball and bingo and Chris**as themed costumes on Chris**as Day. Props to them.

Love this resort. There were a couple inconveniences such as construction right under my room but customer service is unbeatable at accommodating and customers happy. Can’t complain. Can’t beat the location right on the beach and just minutes from the marina walking. Love itttttt.
