房間設施一般，比起國內就是個快捷酒店。

都挺好，就是離湖邊太遠了，遠離市區

로잔에서 약 15분 거리인 Bussigny에 위치한 이 호텔은 몇 가지 좋은 특징을 가지고 있습니다. 객실은 일반적으로 쾌적하고, 아침 식사는 (저렴하지는 않지만) 훌륭하며, 레스토랑은 수준이 높습니다. 불행히도 실제로 최고 수준이 되지 못하는 몇 가지 단점이 있습니다. 하우스키핑은 얼룩덜룩합니다. 어느 날 하우스키핑 직원이 수건을 모두 제거했지만 아무것도 교체하지 않았습니다. 다른 한편으로는 청소가 불완전했습니다. 에어컨 소리가 꽤 시끄러웠어요. 그리고 요즘 너무 많은 호텔처럼 여름에도 편안하게 잠을 자기 위해서는 에어컨을 가동해야 하는 무거운 이불을 제공합니다. Bussigny에 머무를 예정이라면 이 곳은 합리적인 선택이지만(다른 호텔은 단 하나뿐입니다) 정말 좋은 선택이 되려면 약간의 노력이 필요합니다.

할 말이 없다. 4성급 호텔인데 1박당 150유로라는 게 믿기지 않습니다. 다른 문제도 많았지만 닭과 거미가 그 중 최고였습니다. 청소도 안 되고, 바닥에 카펫이 깔려 있어서 벌레가 얼마나 있을지 상상도 하기 싫습니다. 또한 보증금을 받기 때문에 주의하세요. 하지만 아침 식사(1인당 27유로), 저녁 식사 또는 점심 식사를 하는 경우에는 사용하지 않습니다. 그들은 당신의 카드를 다시 사용할 것입니다. 그들은 이 보증금을 스스로 보관하고 언제까지 돌려주지 않을 것입니다. 제 경우에는 돈을 빼앗긴 지 6일이 지났는데도 아직 돌려받지 못했습니다. Accord가 체인 내부에 이 호텔을 허용한다는 것은 부끄러운 일이며 경영진이 고객에 대해 전혀 신경 쓰지 않는다는 것을 보여줍니다. 다시는 이 호텔을 이용하지 마세요. 내 보증금을 돌려받고 싶어요!!!!

Compared to other Novotels I've stayed at, this one fell slightly short in service level and amenities, with no recognition for Platinum members. I'm unlikely to stay here again, but I must admit that the cleanliness and friendliness of most front desk staff, particularly one who went "above & beyond" to assist me at 1.30am (Sorry I couldn't remember his name)

Very nice hotel. Spacious room with double bed ( very very comfortable) and they also open the sofa bed since we were 2 adults and two children. The sofa bed was comfortable and big enough for two adults. Bathtub in the bathroom. Kettle with tea and coffee. Small fridge At the entrance there is a fountain water with still water and sparkling,. We paid for the breakfast and it was worth, big variety and very good

For a business hotel you would think the front desk staff would be competent enough to do their job. After countless stays I became increasingly more fed up with dealing with the Front desk. I am asked to verify my billing address prior to check-in but I lost count of how many times the bill ends being wrong anyway. The staff at reception always seem disinterested in their jobs and seem to have lost any passion they might have had. You should have a better grasp of what is important for your guests and in my case I had made it clear on multiple occasions it was a bathtub but this simple request was rarely met despite mentioning many times I would rather wait longer for such a room than have an early check-in. My advice to others would be to pay a little extra and stay at the Movenpick. I honestly regret not having done this sooner.

I stayed 12 days ago. Still did not receive my 400 dollars deposit back. Never trust such hotels. Just read other opinions, do not make the same mistake i did. Now i will have to denounce them to get the money back. A shame for Accor

Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent restraint and choice of foods at breakfast and evening meal. We stayed for a total of seven nights in two stays during July. Including sharing the hotel with three Tour d' France cycling teams. A first-rate uncomplicated hotel with excellent staff.
