'Best hotel ever! We are going to BlackPink in Chicago.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived in the morning and asked if early check-in was possible. They immediately checked for available rooms and quickly cleaned one for us so we could check in early. We truly appreciate everything they did for us — thank you all so much!'

Just a short drive from Chicago Midway International Airport and the beautiful downtown Chicago lakefront, with all the amenities of home. Parking, kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, Air/Heat, Smart TV. Free WIFI. Central location in safe and quiet neighborhood: Nearby amenities include restaurants and grocery, along with various parks, including a water park and forested trails of the Cook County Forest Preserves. 25 min ride to downtown Chicago. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. Ring Doors and Parking Security Cameras.Security cameras on the premises! There are 3 Ring Cameras. 'The first night our temp would not go below 74-75 no matter where we set the thermostat. The next day we left for the day & evening. I told the staff about that and they said it would be fixed. We got back late at night to find it was g fixed, it was now warmer, and the hvac closet was wide open and would not close.. Housekeeping never came to our room. When I complained the next morning I was told the hvac system was designed to only turn on when there was movement in the room. I clarified, “so it doesn’t work when I’m sleeping in bed and not moving?” She said yes, that is the case. That is insane. Finally though after the 2nd day it miraculously got fixed and we got housekeeping.'

'미국의 호텔에서 아침 식사는 매우 훌륭하고 객실은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 실내 공간은 넓고 주차는 무료이며 공항까지 셔틀 버스가 있으며 공항은 지하철로 갈아타면 도시로 갈 수 있습니다.
우리 가족은 시카고 시내의 cambria Lupe Theatre Hotel에 이틀 더 머물렀습니다. 실수로 지뢰를 밟았고 가격은 두 배였습니다. 청소 아주머니도 없었고, 아침 식사와 주차가 없었고, 쓰레기는 버리지 않았습니다.
이 힐튼은 분명히 훨씬 좋으며 가격은 절반에 불과합니다.'
