'The location and room cleanliness satisfies .The staffs are friendly and warm welcoming. I am very much appreciated When I inquired about transportation, they promptly give advice and contact to arrange my trip. But a little disappointed that when I check in time I paid cash for breakfast, when I enter , they said not in the list and asked me to wait and check for 10 min . That spoiled my morning mood.After all One night stay at WyndhamGarden , Shanhzan Fraser’s Hill hotel is great time . Love it. I give recommendations 😍highly!!'

'The location of this home stay is excellent, less than 5km driving distance to Raub Town, which makes it very convenient.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. 1. The homestay does not provide basic toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, so we need to go to buy a new one as we forgot to bring it.
2. The bedsheet had small holes and should be replaced to maintain comfort and cleanliness.
3. Noticed a lingering smell of cigarette smoke - it would be much better if the place could be made a non-smoking accommodation to ensure a fresher environment for all guests.
4. Noticed the sugar or creamer provided were already expired, which raised concerns about attention to detail and quality control.
Overall, the stay was convenient because of the location, but with better upkeep, fresher supplies, and stricter rules on smoking, the experience could be much more pleasant.'

'The hotel was clean, and the front desk staff was kind. The hotel prepared free breakfast for us! The nearby location has many restaurants and supermarkets, which is quite convenient for us! The only weak point was that the hotel's water was slow, and the room we stayed in had a problem with the door, but the staff was ready to help.'
