"A very welcoming and friendly place to stay, as a foreign visitor the staff were very helpful, especially Ida on reception. I didn't have a chance to try the restaurant but the breakfast was of a good standard for a hotel. I shall certainly stay there again on my return to Buhl next year."

"We made a last-minute reservation and left our luggage well in advance. As a result, they allocated two rooms for us to check in first. The service was very good. The room is slightly small, but overall it is clean and simple, quite comfortable, and the supporting facilities are also good. Their restaurant on the first floor seems to be very good. "Family of 5. Arrived late and got 2 non-adjacent rooms. Room on ground floor had a severe ant infestation - ants in the bed, bedding and on pillows. Reception said the hotel was full and the manager only offered spray or to wipe the room ourselves. No compensation offered. Second room on 1st floor also had ants. Breakfast was very basic. Staff were kind but couldn’t help. Would not recommend for families."

"The hotel looks new and is located on the edge of the small center of Bühl. The service is inpersonal, we haven't seen any staff. You get an entry code to enter and at the departure morning no one was at the reception. The rooms are spacious, with a large bathroom. Our room at the upper floor we do not recommend for people from 1.90 meters or longer. The bed is under a shoe-flowing roof. One of us hit the head against the bars of it."
