카사칼마 호텔(CasaCalma Hotel)

有點像民宿，類似中國漢庭快捷，性價比不高。房間面積大，圖有按摩浴缸，實則很臟且壞了，衞生整體有待提高。窗外有野鴿子做窩，挺可愛。

The staff was really great. Very attentive to our needs, gave us extra supplies when we needed it, and made great suggestions for restaurants and trips. It seems small from the outside, but the rooms are very spacious and quiet. LOVED the showers and big tub! Great location, too. Very easy to walk around and go to cafes and restaurants and many other places nearby. A definite recommend!

Felt welcome since i walked through the door. Ths staff was friendly and veru helpful. the room was spacious, clean,quiet and loyal to the descruption. The continental breakfast was up to expectations.

I stayed in Casa Calma for one night, with the idea of gifting myself a night of luxury and wellness after a very long trip filled with hiking and (frankly) many a mood swing thanks to an errant med I was on. My room was magical. It was beautiful, the bed was simply heavenly, and the bathroom was gorgeous. I loved the rain shower. The bathtub was magical, but I do recommend running the jets once or twice before drawing yourself a bath, as mine emitted some grime. I also booked an in-room massage with them, and it was utterly fantastic. She relieved my sore muscles and (truly) I told her I had a sinus headache from allergies and she cleared my sinuses! I was able to store luggage with them safely and easily the next morning for my last day of exploration. I should say too that they were intensely flexible with me. My airline threw me for a loop by changing my flight - same reservation but now it would stop in a town in-between before landing at my final destination! - and they were able to move around my massage and understand my later check-in. Only other downside would be that many of the extras cost more, and since booking it is a little over the median, I would have preferred more things, like water bottles for example, be included.

The place is very clean. The staff is very nice. Touristic places are within walking distance.

The staff were amazing. They really were the highlight of our stay. Thank you so much for your help. The area near the hotel has many restaurants and it's a nice walk down to the port area and parks during the day. The room was OK. It needs some fresh paint and maintenance. We had issues with the shower door coming on/off track, the light above the fridge did not work, there were very faint stains on the duvet cover, and some small dark patches (mold?) starting in some corners of the ceiling.

I was very much looking forward to my stay at Casa Calma due to the wonderful reviews. Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. I give it two points because personnel are friendly, it is good located and rooms are comfortable. There is a bottle of water and a coffee maker in the room but you have to pay extra to use them. Attention to detail was missing. The worse was that at checkout the transfer I have ordered failed to arrive and the receptionist was completely helpless without being able to provide an alternative. Apparently there was an important presidential meeting on that day in Buenos Aires and this was mentioned in the paper. They advertised that some streets were going to be closed, however the hotel was not informed about this. I have found it out later since I had to walk with my luggage to achieve my destination (Cruise Port). Not a pleasant experience for a traveller in a foreign city.

It was like staying at your cool friend's modern flat. Loved the minimalist design of the room which made it feel more spatial. Plenty of drawers and closet space. The bathroom was so much nicer than more expensive hotels. The Rain Shower with side jets and the separate Jacuzzi made it special. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars across the board but there were a couple of hiccups. The airconditioning would sometimes need to be reset. It was a simple fix that did not require the staff to enter the room but happened 4 times over 5 days. The toilet mechanism had some recurring issues and the breakfast was just okay. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will stay there again when back in Buenos Aires.
