부에노스 아이레스, Casa de Alejandra Pizarnik 근처 호텔

Hotel bem localizado, fizemos muitas idas e vindas a pé, achamos as redondezas bem segura. Andamos de taxi também, no local passavam vários e não tivemos problema nenhum. Quando chegamos no quarto, haviam duas camas de solteiro, nós mesmo juntamos e conseguimos dormir dessa forma. O frigobar não gela, é apenas para manter temperatura ambiente. Pegamos o recorde de calor na Argentina em Março/23, graças Deus o ar condicionado estava funcionando perfeitamente, o chuveiro é ótimo, café da manhã é ok, o wifi que não é muito bom. Se você vai fazer passeios, ficar o dia inteiro fora e não pretende ficar muito tempo no hotel, apenas usar para descanso, eu recomendo.

국회 의사당 근처에서 위치가 매우 좋으며 근처에 지하철역이있어 여행하기에 매우 편리합니다. 호텔은 경제적 인 체인 브랜드이지만, 나쁘지는 않습니다. 물론 특별한 방을 잡을 수 있거나 소매 가격에 따라 숙박 할 가치가 없다는 전제는 아닙니다.

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

Location: in the heart of the city, steps away from Teatro Colon and walking distances to most attractions. The location was very safe too which is a very important factor. Room: very spacious room with a small practical kitchenette Breakfast: basic breakfast which may be not the best but enough to give you a boost to start your day

el hotel de primera, desde el gerente asta el personal de limpiesa, todos amables y muy cariñosos, las habitaciones sumamente confortables como tambien el desayuno y el restaurante, tubimos una larga estadia por problemas de salud y todos ellos nos hicieron mas llevadero

Modern boutique hotel in a great location. Great staff. Luggage storage available. We were able to pay in cash and take advantage of the Western Union U.S. dollar to peso rate. City view from heated pool was nice even if pool was only 3 feet deep at best. Buffet breakfast was excellent even if the choices were the same everyday. Nice small walled garden area off the restaurant. Very affordable spa services available onsite if you schedule with front desk. Check in was supposed to be 3pm but didn't get our room until 30-40 minutes late. If you are in rooms 103 or 104 you are directly above the restaurant / bar and they play music all day which sends a mild thumping through the floor. Wifi is painfully slow, ran two wireless speed tests and got 11Mbps and 33Mbps download speeds. Coffee pods for in-room coffee machine are only complimentary for first night then you have to purchase them from front desk (coffee included in buffet breakfast).

호텔은 실제로 훌륭하지만 장소의 관리는 성가신 방문객에게 많은 불편을 초래하기 때문에 긴급한 개선이 필요합니다! 1. 체크인실은 숫자로 혼동되며 귀하가 소유하지 않는 WhatsApp 메시지를 얻습니다. 2. 세탁이 혼동되고 지연됩니다. 세탁이 필요한 경우 의지하지 마십시오. 삼. 전자 키는 경고 없이 작동을 멈추고 문 앞에 갇혀 있습니다. 4. 인터넷이 작동을 중단하여 비즈니스 관련 작업을 중단합니다. 또한 포인트 3을 참조하십시오. 더 이상 작동하지 않는 입구가 없습니다. 5. 호텔 맞은편 조식 15불입니다. - $US.... 조식 없이 예약하고 5불 미만으로 그 곳에서 직접 지불합니다. -$ 6. 3주 동안 머물렀고 내 비즈니스 체류는 짧지 만 3일이지만 그들은 정가를 청구했는데 이는 불합리했습니다. 7. 일주일에 한 번만 청소! 일주일에 두 번 요청해야했지만 환영받지 못하는 것 같았습니다! 8. 위층에 머무르십시오..... 약속이 있으면 서두르지 마십시오.... 엘리베이터가 천천히 작동하거나 때로는 4점 만점에 2점만 작동합니다.

Equipe organizada, ótimo atendimento e simpatia de todos. Quartos limpos, organizados, tudo feito com muito cuidado e qualidade indiscutível. Nossa diária finalizou às 12hrs, porém, o Hotel tem um esquema de deixar sua mala guardada (com toda segurança e cartões de identificação), conseguimos ficar rodando na região (e tem muitos pontos turísticos) até o horário do nosso translado para o aeroporto, isso foi muito bom. Super indico!!!

No es un hotel, es practicamente un hostel, la habitacion que nos toco no tenia aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de techo y una tecla que accionaba algo parecido a un extractor, habitacion muuuuy caliente, el baño no tiene siquiera una mampara para la ducha por lo que luego de bañ**** si o si hay que pasar un secapiso y llevar el agua hacia la rejilla de desague, el baño tenia una perdida de agua constante por lo que el piso estaba mojado todo el tiempo. Televisor de tubo con video cable, el check out es ANTES DE LAS 10 AM, aclarado en un cartel en la recepcion y tambien en la habitacion. Hay que dejar la llave en recepcion al salir del edificio y solicitarla nuevamente al ingresar. Ubicacion buena, a unas cuadras del obelisco pero ubicado al lado de un ”bar del metal”.
