"이 호텔에서 살아남은 건 기적이라고 생각합니다. 첫째, 화장실은 오줌 냄새가 진동하고 악취는 어디에나 있습니다. 둘째, 벽은 검은색과 노란색 얼룩으로 더럽습니다. 셋째, 테이블도 오래전에 쏟아진 음료수 얼룩으로 더러웠습니다. 넷째, 벽이 너무 얇아서 복도에서 쥐가 긁는 소리가 마치 침대에서 자는 것처럼 들립니다. 마지막으로, 음식은 마치 로마 황제 클라우디우스가 아그리피나에게 독살당하는 것처럼 끔찍합니다. 아, 그리고 누군가 소파에 토를 해서 냄새가 진동합니다. 👍 참고로, 호텔 측은 환불이나 다른 어떤 도움도 제공하지 않았습니다."

"We have just got home from an amazing stay at the 5 star Vissi_D_Arte hotel. We booked a 4 night trip to celebrate a friends 50th birthday and we were totally spoilt for the entire time. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty and nothing was ever too much. The staff were waiting for us outside the hotel when we arrived, they would stand up when we walked into the room and they would escort us to the swimming pool, local restaurants and the port to ensure we didn't get lost. Each and every member of staff were attentive, friendly and engaging. (We will miss our chats with the very charming Peter at breakfast) The rooms and suites were extremely clean, bright and very tastefully decorated with stunning views over the Adriatic sea. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in and we all enjoyed the delicious complementary fruits and treats that were left in our room each evening. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of Budva and just a few minutes stroll into the old town. I would like to particularly thank Jovan, who for weeks before we arrived at the hotel had been recommending restaurants, beach clubs, boats trip and organising all our reservations and transport to perfection. He helped to bypass hotel check in by taking our details a few days before and organised a welcome party for the birthday girl by filling our suite with balloons, flowers, canapes, cake and champagne. He kept in constant contact with us while we were there to ensure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as special as we hoped. I can not recommend the hotel enough and I would like to thank everyone for all their efforts in making our stay an extremely memorable one. Laura x"

"The hotel's location is very convenient, but that was its only plus. Firstly, we were given a room that was not the one we ordered (it was not possible to replace it with the one we ordered or another, corresponding one, due to the lack of such); the room itself was in the basement of the hotel, with all the ensuing circumstances; secondly, the room was already extremely depreciated, the walls were scratched, the plumbing did not work well; thirdly, the room was poorly cleaned (there were many dusty places and objects in sight, hair of previous guests), and cleaning was not carried out at all during the stay; towels were changed selectively and not regularly; fourthly, the room's equipment did not correspond to what was stated."

"A lovely villa located in the hills above Budva. It's quite far from the noise of the town, but it's barely a 15-minute walk to town. The room is very pretty and modern. The bed is very large and comfortable. The room has a small kitchenette where you can prepare meals. The villa has a charming little pool, perfect for cooling off without going to the beach, although its availability depends on the other guests. The manager is very pleasant. Communication was good, although Ivana was missing some information before our stay. We had a very good stay, although I think the price was slightly too high for the country."
