入住體驗很好！

Hotel feels new and clean. Room design is modern. Has glass shower partition instead of tub. The upside of the bathroom design is it looks more spacious. The downside is the shower is steamy and warm while the rest of the bathroom can be relatively cold when you step out of the shower.

The hotel looked pretty good and everything seem pretty updated. There’s pool table and nice lounge area. During my stay we were first given a room that was not cleaned but they corrected it quick. The new room had hand soap that was empty and the housekeeper left a cleaning spray in the room too. The the next morning the fire alarm went off. It was set off by toaster but rang for a while till firefighters came to turn it off. Other than those incidents, everything else was fine. The breakfast had a good variety of food.

This is my third stay at the property highly recommend it to anybody that comes to the Binghamton area

New facility, well maintained, plenty of free coffee and tea, friendly staff and good breakfast. However, someone booked teenagers/young adults next to our room and at 11pm it sounded like they were in our room! Walls are paper thin....those teenagers needed to be placed at the other end of the hallway. They talked loudly and laughed over two hours or better! I really wanted to call the front desk on them...but my husband wouldn't let me! So we watched tv till they went to bed and shut up.

I booked a room for two nights for a recent business trip. I know this hotel is on the newer side so I was extremely shocked upon checking into my room to see the state of "clean room". It seemed like they just changed the sheets and hopefully put new towels in the bathroom. After setting my stuff down I went to use the bathroom inside my room to find that it was used after it was supposedly cleaned and someone forgot to flush. It was unpleasant to say the least and was obvious they didn't clean the bathroom. The soap and lotion dispensers aren't user-friendly and not overly sanitary either. Pretty disappointed in this hotel. I ended up not staying my second night and went elsewhere.

Easy to get to very clean. You better hold onto Mac he is fantastic made you feel like you were a long lost friend. The only thing I would change is to have coffee in the room but it’s always available in the lobby so not that big of deal

New hotel, the accommodations where proper, pet friendly and the included breakfast was great !
