Great modern hotel. Room spotless, beds comfy, good location for the centre of Brighton. We had a very minor issue with check in, but dealt with swiftly and professionally with minimal impact.

접수 원은 매우 반응이 좋고 전문적입니다. 우리가 요청한 모든 것(칫솔, 치약, 얼음, 그리고 또 다른 얼음 양동이!)은 즉시 우리에게 주었습니다. 스파는 훌륭했습니다. 정기적으로 비어 있는 2개의 온수 욕조가 있어서 친구/파트너/가족과 함께 전체 온수 욕조를 혼자 즐길 수 있습니다. 한증막과 사우나, 그리고 더위를 식힐 수 있는 많은 소파가 스파 주변에 있었습니다. 수영장도 불과 몇 걸음 거리에 있어 온찜질을 한 후 추위에 뛰어들 수 있습니다. 불행히도 트리트먼트(페이셜, 마사지, 매니/페디 등)를 위한 공간이 없었기 때문에 미리 예약하는 것이 좋습니다. 한 가지 불만은 우리 방의 창문이 붙어서 열리지 않아서 여름 날씨가 적당하다면 거기에 머물기 어려울 수 있다는 것입니다.

우리는 차로 약 15분 거리에 그리 멀지 않은 결혼식을 올렸기 때문에 이 호텔에 머물렀습니다. 택시를 예약하는 것은 선택의 여지가 많지 않아 집에 가는 악몽이었습니다. 100명 이상의 손님이 택시를 타려고 하는 결혼식이 성공하지 못했고 택시를 타기 위해 한 시간 이상 기다려야 한다고 상상할 수 있습니다. 방은 귀엽고 깨끗했습니다. 바와 레스토랑의 사람들은 좋았지 만 리셉션은 악몽이었습니다. 그들은 매우 짧은 직원이었으므로 체크 아웃하는 데 영원히 걸렸으므로 체크 아웃하지 않고 떠났고 책상에 열쇠를 두었습니다.

게스트하우스는 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있으며 매우 반응이 좋습니다.
좋은 가치이지만 예약대로 아침 식사가 제공되지 않습니다. 운영자는 다른 곳에서 소비 한 아침 식사 영수증을 상환하기로 동의했습니다.
나는 그것을 내 친구들에게 추천 할 것이다.

숨막히는 일출과 일몰을 감상할 수 있는 해변가 위치를 찾고 있다면 이곳이 바로 당신을 위한 곳입니다. 우리 방은 5층에 있었기 때문에 무거운 짐이 있을 경우 계단이 좁고 엘리베이터가 없으므로 주의하세요. 우리는 따뜻한 날씨에 방문했는데 아시아인으로서 꼭 필요한 에어컨이나 선풍기가 없다는 사실에 놀랐습니다. 사전에 확인하지 못한 것은 저희의 실수였습니다. 그 외에는 방이 좋았고 우리 소지품을 안전하게 보관할 수 있었습니다.

위치는 훌륭했다! 우리는 행동의 한가운데에 있었고 모든 것이 매우 편리했습니다. 체크인은 훌륭했습니다. Callum에서 체크인하는 데 도움이 된 신사들은 매우 정중하고 매우 도움이되었습니다. 아침 식사의 직원은 환상적이었습니다. 내 여자 친구는 채식주의 자이며 추가 비용없이 신선한 채식 소시지를 만들었습니다! 방은 깨끗하고 매우 좋았습니다. 물병이나 칫솔 / 붙여 넣기와 같은 무료 물건을 갖는 것이 좋을지라도 놀랄만한 숙박이었습니다!
또한 체크 아웃은 매우 쉽고 번거 로움이 없었습니다. 우리는 방금 상자에 방 카드를 떨어 뜨 렸습니다. 특히 빡빡한 일정에 있다면 매우 편리합니다.

유감스럽게도 바다 앞 방이 아니라 방에서 바다는 보이지 않았지만, 아침 식사시 바다 앞 자리를 준비하고 기분 좋은 아침 시간을 보낼 수있었습니다.
영국에서는 정상일 수 있지만 편의 시설은 없습니다.
칫솔과 슬리퍼를 가져와야합니다.

PPjshake위치는 브라이튼 기차역 바로 뒤에 있어 대중교통 연결이 매우 편리하고 씨 프론트까지 도보로 약 15~20분 거리에 있습니다. 저는 1박을 했는데 아침 식사가 제공되지만 아침 식사는 제공되지 않았습니다. 상점, 펍, 레스토랑이 근처에 있다면 근처에 있습니다 역을 통과하여 짧은 도보 거리에 있습니다!

리리뷰어Cleanliness 4/5 - Upon checking in we were advised that the rooms are not serviced every day. This is why I have not given a full rating for cleanliness. I was surprised by this and don’t remember it being advertised when booking. The room and the hotel were clean but I would have preferred daily service for top marks.
Location 4/5. Nice seafront location and we had a beautiful view from our sea view room. It’s a little further from the centre than we would have liked (or realised when booking) but it was nice to stroll along the sea front. In summer this would be lovely but we visited in January so it was a bit cold to walk all that way. Easy enough to get a taxi though.
Service 3/5 - A few things could have been improved service wise. The team in the breakfast room were lovely and welcoming and there was a lovely Scottish man who made conversation and enquiries about our visit. However, I found the reception team a bit cold and not very welcoming. When asked about recommendations for things to do in the area they couldn’t offer any. When I asked to book a taxi the phone was just passed to me and I had to go through the options/wait on hold etc rather than them arranging it for me. They didn’t enquire about our stay during checkout or welcome us to come back to visit again. During our stay there was a couple staying in the room above us who had a big argument at about 3:00am with a woman shouting and crying and it went on for around an hour. This obviously wasn’t the fault of the hotel but it was uncomfortable and a bit concerning at times. We reported it to the reception as we couldn’t sleep but there was no further mention of it or apology for the disturbance or for it being allowed to go on for so long when we checked out despite us having phoned through. Also, a minor point but on the first day at breakfast our order was taken but the breakfast was brought out when I had a bowl of cereal still in front of me. Would have been better for them to allow some time to eat from the buffet before bringing out hot food. There was also a surcharge on some items at breakfast even if you paid to have breakfast included. Was a bit confused by this as the ingredients on the surcharged items seemed quite basic and I don’t remember this being mentioned when booking.
Amenities 3/5 - this is quite a standard hotel so I didn’t expect it to have lots of amenities. There are two improvements that would have made the stay much better. Our room basically only had one plug socket. There was another that the TV was plugged into but you had to move a set of drawers to get access to it. There wasn’t any plug/USB sockets by the bedside tables. For two people with phones, digital watches and laptops etc it was quite annoying. It would be much better to have a double plug socket each side of the bed to charge devices. The TV was a good size but it didn’t seem possible to cast to the TV. Most people like to be able to cast from their Netflix/Amazon accounts etc so having the ability to cast to it would have been great.

SSoyoungThe services were great. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the leisure facilities. They don’t rent a lock for the lockers in the changing room, but wasn’t a big deal. The free wifi did not work in my room. They tried to fix it but didn’t work. That didn’t ruin my stay anyways. My only little suggestion is that it would have been more convenient if there were some shelves or small stools in the bathroom. The bathroom was very spacious but there wasn’t much space to put your own stuff other than just on the floor.

Llann94높은 희망이지만 여러 면에서 상당히 짧게 느껴집니다. 사진에서 방은 사랑스러워 보였고 이것은 일치했습니다. 그러나 미학이 다른 측면보다 우선순위를 매겨져 있음이 분명해졌습니다. 맞은편의 펍/클럽은 새벽 2시(화요일)에 여전히 엄청나게 시끄럽고 창문은 소음을 막기 위해 아무 것도 하지 않았습니다. 이전 거주자의 침대 중 하나 옆에 패스트 푸드 쓰레기가 발견되었으며 청소하는 동안 놓치기 어려웠을 꽤 큰 포장이었습니다. 침대 선호도 주변의 의사 소통이 전혀 좋지 않았고, 나는 특별히 왕을 요청했지만 (예약 세부 사항에 이것의 증거가 있음) 도착 시 트윈 침대가 설정되었습니다. 제가 회사에 이걸 제기했을 때, 이걸 수정할 제안은 없었습니다. 대신에, 저는 이것이 요청이었다고 한 번 이상 들었습니다. 부상에 모욕을 더하기 위해 옆집 방에 있는 우리 이웃들은 친구들을 방으로 초대했고 새벽 3시에 소리를 지르며 거리고 시끄러운 음악과 한 방에서 5명 이상으로 자신의 파티를 하고 있는 것 같았습니다. 우리는 결국 문을 두드리고 클럽이 밖에 있어서 소음에 완전히 둘러싸여 조용히 요청했습니다. 한 가지 작은 플러스 포인트는 우리가 잠을 잘 수 있게 되면 침대(내가 요청하지 않은 트윈이지만)가 매우 편안하다는 것입니다.

우리의 초기 방은 좋지 않았습니다. v.small 및 일부 전기 문제와 노트북으로 작동할 곳이 없습니다. 호텔은 완전히 예약되었지만 경영진은 친절하게 우리에게 선호하는 요금으로 스위트룸으로 업그레이드를 제공하여 감사하게 받아들여졌습니다. 5박 숙박에 훨씬 쉽게 할 수 있는 책상과 의자를 설치하는 추가 마일.
구내의 훌륭한 커피 숍은 보너스입니다.
나는 그들이 청소 전면에 직원이 부족하다는 느낌을 얻습니다. 영국 전역에서 일반적인 문제인 것 같아서 불평하지 않을 것입니다.
전반적으로 좋은 편안한 숙박과 스위트룸은 둥근 침대, 욕조 및 대형 샤워실이 있는 좋은 크기였습니다. 탁 트인 전망은 방으로 충분한 빛을 제공합니다. 좋은.
