리리뷰어While for the first time ever we stepped into the lobby of the Staybridge we were amazed with how nice and well decorated this hotel was and after checking into our room we never realized that our nightmare would just begin. Our room key would not open any of the ext. doors for outside entry so we asked the clerk what was wrong and she said there was a problem with the door so she would have maintenance check it out and in the meantime she issued us a temp. key card that worked but it expired that evening and no longer worked and once again we got locked out while holding bags of groceries and merchandise from Walmart and we had to walk all the way around the bldg. carrying our stuff to come in thru the front entrance. Then, when I used the DOVE hand and face cream in the bathroom to apply to my body it had a horrible odor of being rancid and had to immediately wash it off. Angry, we decided to leave your hotel and spend the next 3 days at the Best-Western hotel next door, whereas we had no problems, issues or uncomfortable issues. Sadly, this was our very FIRST EVER stay at the Stay bridge Suites and most likely our last!

리리뷰어Entered hotel and tried to check in. No one arrived to check us in for 10 minutes. After finally getting checked in, went to room. Everything in room was clean and in order. Left and came back several times and was greeted and acknowledged by person at desk each time. One weird thing is that the only clock in the room was on the microwave. There is no alarm clock. Went to the breakfast buffet the next morning. Everything was good and plentiful. Had scrambled eggs, egg and cheese omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausage, ham and egg sandwiches. Also had bread items, muffins, oatmeal, waffles and different juices plus coffee, tea water and hot cocoa packets. Next night was good except for thoughtless people next to us who kept yelling at their crying kids. Fun night! Breakfast next morning was similar to first morning. Also had chocolate chip cookies in the evening by front desk. Check out was fast and easy and had the e-mail my receipt. I have stayed here before and would stay again if I was traveling in the area.

리리뷰어직원들은 매우 정중하고 친절했습니다. 도착하기 전에 알리지 않은 1박당 $30의 요금으로 차를 발레파킹해야 했을 때 당황했습니다. 다른 사람들이 무엇을 기대해야 하는지 알 수 있도록 언급해야 한다고 생각했습니다. 위치는 Stockyards에서 자동차로 약 3마일 떨어진 컨벤션 센터에 있습니다. 방은 호텔처럼 깨끗했습니다. 나는 거기에 머무르는 것이 완전히 안전하다고 느꼈고 전반적인 체류에 만족했습니다.

리리뷰어The ONLY ONE elevator in the building wasnt working, almost got stuck in there LOADED with people. Then we had to walk up 6 floors to the room. We tried to cancel the last night and they wouldnt let us because it was prepaid. The maid did not clean the room the entire time we were there, had to ask for towels and wash rags. The internet says there is a shuttle to the Stockyards, NOT! They cancelled that last year.

리리뷰어호텔은 좋았습니다. 내가 가게에 갔을 때 문에 걸려있는 내 Do Not Enter / Do Not Disturb (어느 말을했는지 확실하지 않음)에 대한 유일한 불만. 그들은 어쨌든 들어갔다! 카운터에 돈이 남았고 금고에 넣지 않은 기타 귀중품이 거기에 던질 시간이 없었습니다. 문에 smh하지 말라고 표시하면 들어가지 않아야 합니다.

2. 住這家酒店真是踩雷了！房間一股怪味，像是很久沒通風，衞生間還有積水。空調製熱效果極差，開了半天都不暖和，打電話反映，維修人員許久才來，折騰好久也沒修好。早餐難吃，種類還少，體驗感全無，下次絕對不會再來！
3. 必須誇誇這家酒店！位置好，出行方便，周邊美食眾多。房間裝修簡約時尚，採光通風極佳。工作人員態度親切，辦理入住和退房都很迅速。健身房和游泳池設施維護良好，早餐中西式結合，滿足不同口味需求，超棒的一次入住！
