이곳은 제가 터키 여행 중에 가장 좋아하는 호텔입니다. 웅장하고, 깨끗하고, 사려 깊고, 독특하고, 세련되었습니다. 주인과 직원들은 매우 친절하고 다정합니다. 전체적인 장식은 단순하고, 자연스럽고 우아합니다. 우리가 떠날 때, 우리는 맛있는 퍼지 선물봉지를 받았습니다. KISTA 정말 좋아요. 다음에도 꼭 여기 묵을 거예요. 이곳은 터키에서 제가 가장 좋아하는 호텔입니다. 분위기가 좋고, 깨끗하고, 사려 깊고, 독특하고, 세련되었습니다. 사장님과 직원들은 친절합니다. 전체적인 장식은 단순하고, 자연스럽고, 우아합니다. 그녀는 맛있는 퍼지 선물 팩을 가지고 떠났습니다. 저는 KISTA를 좋아합니다. 다시 여기 머물 것입니다.

청결도: 창문이 없어 실내에서 약간 시큼한 냄새가 났습니다. 시설: 욕실 온수가 일정하지 않고 뜨거웠다 차가웠다 했습니다. 환경: 시내 중심가에 있어 편리하지만, 상점은 작았습니다. 겨울이라 날씨가 좋지 않아 옥상에 장식이 없고 홍보 사진과는 달랐습니다. 서비스: 서비스가 정말 훌륭했습니다. 다양한 예약에 도움을 주었고, D400에서 페티예까지 가는 전세버스도 저렴하게 예약할 수 있었습니다. 사장님과 위챗으로 소통할 수 있어 매우 편리하고 친절했습니다.

방에는 바닥 난방과 연수기가 있었지만, 완전히 깨끗하다는 느낌은 들지 않았습니다. 프런트 직원들은 친절했고, 아침 식사는 푸짐했습니다. 그런데 다음 날 아침 10시 30분, 누군가 문을 두드리는 소리가 들렸습니다. 제가 문을 열기도 전에 누군가 열쇠로 문을 열고 들어왔습니다! 정말 믿을 수 없는 일이었습니다! 저는 아직 체크아웃도 하지 않았는데 말이죠!!

호텔은 괴레메 시내 중심에 위치해 있어 도보 5분 거리에 상업 지구가 있습니다. 객실은 넓고 조용하며 냉장고, 수건, 홍차, 커피 등이 제공되어 가성비가 매우 좋습니다. 서비스: 사장님이 매우 친절하십니다. 아침에 일찍 도착해서 사장님께 연락하여 문을 열고 짐을 맡겼는데, 사장님이 낮에 문자로 빈방이 있으니 바로 체크인해 드릴 수 있다고 알려주셨습니다. 시설: 호텔 환경이 매우 좋고 시설도 새것 같으며 욕실이 매우 넓습니다. 서비스: 조식은 종류가 다양하고 모두 즉석에서 만들어지며, 여러 가지 주식, 간식, 음료를 선택할 수 있습니다.

정말 말씀드리자면, 이곳은 분위기가 정말 좋습니다! 이렇게 좋은 적은 처음입니다. 주인은 매우 친절하고, 방은 엄청 크고 스타일이 정말 차원이 다릅니다. 독특한 트위스트가 있는 진정한 정통 지중해 분위기입니다. 꼭 경험해 볼 만한 가치가 있습니다! 강력 추천합니다!

전체: 아름다운 동굴과 바위 장식으로 꾸며진 사랑스러운 부티크 호텔입니다. 이 지역의 다른 장식과 달리 장식이 두 가지가 혼합되어 있기 때문에 선택했습니다. 서비스는 훌륭하고 직원들은 정말 도움이 됩니다. 그들은 내 여행 가방을 내 방의 침실 공간까지 옮기는 것을 도와주겠다고 제안했습니다. 저는 3월 말 시즌 초에 갔는데 호텔에서 친절하게도 아래에 욕실이 있고 위에 수면 공간이 있는 2층 구조의 디럭스룸으로 무료로 업그레이드해 주었습니다. 객실에서는 일출 전에 충분히 일찍 일어나서 괴레메 마을과 풍선을 볼 수 있는 두 개의 창문을 열 수 있습니다. 그들은 또한 최근 테라스 제품을 확장했는데 이제는 베개를 다르게 설정하지 않고도 실제로 여러 개가 있는 것 같습니다. 아침 식사는 오전 8시부터 10시까지 오픈 뷔페 스타일로 제공되며, 종류는 제한되어 있지만 터키식 메제 별미, 메네멤과 매일 삶은 달걀, 소시지, 뜨거운 페이스트리, 빵, 치즈, 햄, 음료(주스, 차, 커피)가 제공됩니다. 공평 해. 편의 시설: 욕실은 매우 넓지만 실제로 유용한 편의 시설이 많이 갖춰져 있지는 않습니다. 추가 개인 관리 키트는 전혀 없습니다. 따라서 샤워 캡, 면봉 등의 작은 물건도 없습니다. 한쪽 구석에는 스탠드 샤워 시설이 있고, 다른 쪽 끝에는 욕조가 있으며, 다른 쪽에는 세면대와 거울이 있는 변기가 중앙에 있습니다. 문에는 전신 거울이 설치되어 있습니다. 아름답게 디자인된 레이아웃은 약간 이상하지만 호텔에서는 욕실 경험을 향상시키기 위해 작은 세부 사항을 추가할 수 있다고 생각합니다. 그럴 가능성이 충분히 있기 때문입니다. 그러나 뜨거운 물, 배수 및 플러시는 모두 잘 작동하므로 확실히 기능적입니다. 위치: 호텔은 열기구를 볼 수 있는 유명한 일출/일몰 지점에서 약 10~12분 거리에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다(거기서 열기구가 이륙하는 모습을 볼 수 있습니다). 걸어서 갈 수 있다는 사실이 정말 놀랍습니다! 작은 언덕에 위치하고 있으며 괴레메의 메인 스트리트는 단 20걸음만 경사면에 있습니다.

사실 우리는 더블룸에 머물 예정이었습니다. 호텔이 그렇게 붐비지 않았기 때문에, 그들은 우리에게 테라스가 있는 3인실을 주었습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 따뜻하며 유용했습니다. 우리 객실은 튼튼하고 나무로 된 외관으로 색다른 분위기를 자아냈습니다. 직원들은 세심하고 친절했습니다. 다시 머물고 싶습니다

호텔의 전망이 훌륭합니다. 아침에 천천히 눈앞에 떠오르는 열기구를 볼 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 풍부하고 다채롭습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 열정적입니다. 가격 대비 성능 비율이 매우 높습니다.

Overall,I greatly enjoyed my time at the Rio Cappadocia Hotel. It is a very clean , new hotel with a modern cave feel. We had two rooms because I made two separate bookings. Both rooms were cozy and spacious, especially the second one(which was bigger in size). The rooms have beautiful carpets, the interior is simple yet attractive, and the beds were comfortable. The staff members greeted us warmly, and we were often provided with complimentary tea. The free breakfast was pretty good, including four different types of cheese, hardboiled and scrambled eggs, a few types of breads, olives,etc. Turkish tea and coffee are also provided. The hotel is conveniently located, and the room rates are reasonable. The main issue I had was communication. Although there were no major problems, the following did not sit well with me. Prior to traveling to Cappadocia, my initial question that I asked was what bus number to take to the hotel(upon arriving at the airport). The response was , ”For this we need to arrange a transfer for you. Give us your flight number, passport numbers, the number of people , and I will arrange it for you.” The staff member was talking about the pick up at the Gerome bus stop, and not the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. This confused me. It became even more confusing when I was told we could get help with direct transportation from the airport to the hotel....and then the mentioning of a transfer pick up from the bus stop again. I simply wanted a direct, simple answer that provided an option for direct transport to the hotel. On top of that, the staff member was not talking about the correct airport(based on the flight number I had previously provided). When I asked for help to arrange a taxi to a restaurant, she gave the driver the wrong restaurant name(after I had said the correct one). There was also an instance in which I paid for both the green and blue tours with cash, and was asked if I had already paid. They checked their system and realized that I did. I should have asked for a receipt, but they should also check their records before asking this( it was confirmed that I had paid, so it wasn't a big issue)Additionally, I wanted to postpone the green and blue tours after a hectic traveling experience, as well as after a long day doing the red tour. I was told ”Don't worry...you will be in a VIP van..the tour will be great”, instead of just acknowledging the fact that we were exhausted. I didn't need to be sold on something I had already purchased(and that I still wanted to do). We just wanted some rest time before doing the other two tours. We were offered complimentary tea one last time at the end, but the staff member told us to write a review of our stay first. We refused, and I said I would do it later. She was friendly prior to our departure, but asked why I hadn't written a review. And, she asked if we could follow the hotel on Instagram. I understand the importance of advertizing a business within such a major tourist destination, but this was a bit too much. I hope the hotel can see this as constructive feedback. Despite the previously mentioned verbal/written communication, it was a lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

Best cave hotel in Gerome, beautiful room with huge space , and free access to balcony of Sultan suites for hot air balloon photography. Special shoutout to staff Alp , he gave us a tour of the hotel and room and gave us the most needed help when I had ankle injury from hot air balloon ride. Thank you for your service.
