We totally enjoyed our stay in Cloitre des Augustins in Avignon! We had 2 rooms and stayed for 6 nights with family. Rooms are clean, spacious and stylishly furnished. Air conditioning is perfect and with all utensils for making meals. The location is wonderful with lots of cafes, supermarkets and shops nearby. Also walkable to all major attractions such as the Pont d’Avignon (the broken bridge) and Palais de Papes. About 15 minutes walk to Avignon Centre train station which is a bonus if you plan to travel to nearby towns like Arles or Nimes by train. Convenient location and nice rooms. Besides, the host Patrick and his wife are helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended

The owner and host Pascal is very warm, eager to please, excitable and very outgoing. There is a happy hour for guests and Pascal everyday and it is nice to make friends with other guests. A very nice breakfast is good included daily. A short 5-8 minute drive to the lovely but crowded town of L'Isle sur la Sorgue. Pascal helped us book last minute dinner reservations in L'isle sur la Sorgue, which isn't easy to do last minute in September. We especially enjoyed Le Jardin du Quai. Only a four course with no choices at 52 Euros pp. We enjoyed it so much we ate there our last two nights. The ”resort” is in an old Carmelite building that has had refurbishment. It is more rustic Provencal than contemporary. There is an outside covered fairly extensive exercise room, a nice pool, and a very peaceful feel outside on the property. The bees at breakfast were bothersome but nobody got stung and they seemed benign. The clientele was international, but more than 1/2 French. Pascal speaks and understands English well. Les Carmes is quite different than most other places in the region. It reminds me a bit of the Golden ages of travel in the 1950s. It is the opposite of sterile and has a real heart and center.

The hotel is in excellent location, right next to the train station and it takes only a few minute walk to the downtime . The room is a bit small and basic but it can serve all you need in traveling. Perhaps the only problem is that it doesn’t provide kettles and so you need to obtain hot water at the hotel lobby, if you like to make a cup of tea for yourself. The facility is a bit old and the door lock is broken. Other than that, overall the facilities are in order.

구시가지 입구 근처에 위치한 이 방은 편안하고 꽤 넓었습니다. 매트리스는 훌륭했지만, 아쉽게도 베개는 1인당 하나뿐이었습니다. 보통 호텔에는 베개가 두 개 이상 제공되잖아요. 붙박이 옷장에는 선반과 옷장 칸이 있었습니다. 샤워실에는 샴푸와 샤워젤이 개별 포장되어 있었고, 비누는 없었습니다. 특이하게도 비누와 수건은 두 명이 쓰기에 한 세트만 제공되었습니다. 호텔에는 세탁 서비스가 있습니다. 세탁은 3유로, 건조는 2유로입니다. 마당은 사실상 비어 있지만, 어쨌든 있습니다. 조식은 예상외로 다양했습니다. 네 종류의 치즈, 찜 야채, 콜드컷 등이 제공되었습니다. 호텔에서는 카드와 현금 모두 사용 가능합니다. 현금으로 지불할 경우, 정확한 금액을 준비하고 잔돈은 주지 마세요.

This hotel in Avignon offers a great location, with a short 10-minute drive to the city center. The availability of free parking is a convenient perk. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Although the rooms are located on the second floor, the hotel staff is helpful and assists with luggage. The highlight is the amazing breakfast served in the garden, where guests can enjoy fresh orange juice from an automatic machine. The hotel also features a spa with a pool, whirlpool, steam room, and sauna that are open until late, allowing guests to relax and unwind.

酒店就在高鐵站附近，但是入住有些驚恐，因為晚到（晚上酒店），出站方向錯了，按照谷歌導航走了一段烏漆墨黑道路很恐怖，到了酒店結果前台沒有人，也進不去需要輸入密碼，一點沒有頭緒，後來來了一個法國小哥，（不會説英語），通過翻譯他幫忙打電話才拿到保險櫃裏面的鑰匙，原來保險櫃密碼是提前發郵件給住宿的人，但不知道什麼原因沒有收到，攜程這次的服務也確實沒有跟上，什麼提醒都沒有，還找不到客服。當時都要崩潰了

전반적으로 만족합니다! 서비스: 직원들이 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 객실과 욕실은 매우 깨끗합니다. 정기적으로 청소된다는 것을 알 수 있습니다. 좋아요! 아침에는 빵과 따뜻한 커피 등 간단한 아침 식사가 제공되어 배를 채우기에 편리합니다. 환경 : 도심에 위치하여 매우 편리함 위생: 매우 좋았지만, 객실에 쓰레기통이 없어서 불편했습니다. 나는 쓰레기봉투를 직접 만들었다 시설: 엘리베이터가 고장나서 불편했지만, 그 외에는 다 좋았습니다. 유일한 단점은 엘리베이터가 고장났다는 것입니다. 저는 29인치 대형 짐을 들고 2층까지 올라가서야 방에 도착할 수 있었습니다. 엘리베이터가 필요한 경우에는 권장하지 않습니다. 다른 건 다 완벽해요!

전반적인 환경은 매우 좋고 호텔은 크지 않지만 모든 세부 사항이 제자리에 있습니다. 매일 청소도 매우 적시에 이루어지며 방은 깨끗하고 세심합니다. 호텔의 레스토랑은 현지 개인 주방으로 매일 아침과 저녁을 제공하며 맛도 매우 좋습니다. 흰 머리와 안경을 쓴 여성 매니저가 있습니다. 그녀는 매우 열정적입니다. 식사가 끝나면 요리사가 나와서 모두에게 인사하고 요리의 맛을 묻습니다. 유일한 불만은 우리가 주문한 패밀리 룸입니다. 위층의 더블 침대는 매우 편안하지만 아래층의 소파 베드는 열린 후에 고르지 않습니다. 특히 잠을 잘 못잤어요. 아이와 어머니는 위층에서 잤다. 나는 혼자 아래층에서 3박을 했다.
