객실은 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 하지만 호텔 광고에서 공항 셔틀 서비스를 제공한다고 잘못 안내한 점이 가장 큰 문제였습니다. 실제로는 밤 11시 이후에는 셔틀 서비스를 제공하지 않았고, 금요일부터 주말에도 운행하지 않았습니다. 호텔 측에서는 고객에게 정확한 정보를 제공하기 위해 이러한 중요한 세부 사항을 온라인에 명시했어야 했습니다. 저는 밤 11시 30분쯤 공항에 도착해서 호텔에 전화했는데, 11시에 셔틀 운행이 종료되었다고 했습니다. 다음 날인 토요일 아침 비행기가 있어서 호텔에 도착해 셔틀 운행 여부를 문의했더니, 주말에는 운행하지 않는다고 했습니다. 저는 셔틀 서비스 때문에 이 호텔을 선택했는데, 셔틀 운행 시간표에 대한 명확한 안내가 부족했던 것은 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 여행객에게는 필수적인 정보인데 말이죠.

The location of the hotel is not close to the train station, and it is located in between two subway stations. We took the subway from the train station and then walked to the hotel from the subway station. The room was a good size, with a small fridge, microwave, and kitchenware (pots, pans etc.) to cook a light meal. We requested at quiet room, and got a room at the end of a long hallway. It was quiet. The most interesting thing is that there is this ”reminder” in our room, telling us that we had to empty our own garbage before check-out, and if we don't, we will be billed at the ”current rates” but nobody told us what is the ”current rates”. Also, the same reminder states that if we break anything, or don't wash our own dishes and put them back at the exact spot where we found them, we will be billed at the current rates. We emptied the garbage, took the recycling downstairs, washed and dried all dishes, and put them back at the exact spot where we got them before we checked-out.

La salle de remise en forme est bien équipée avec des horaires étendus. *Chambre:* Mon appart-hôtel offrait un grand lit double, une baignoire, une planche à repasser avec fer, un coffre-fort, un aspirateur et une TV. La kitchenette était bien équipée avec réfrigérateur, machine à café, vaisselle, plaques, grille-pain et bouilloire, ainsi qu'un micro-ondes. *Emplacement:* La proximité de l'hôtel à deux minutes à pied de la gare est extrêmement pratique. *Propreté:* Tout était impeccable à mon arrivée, avec un service de ménage quotidien. *Remarques:* Cependant, l'établissement pourrait améliorer la disponibilité des produits d'hygiène tels que le rasoir pour Monsieur, la brosse à dent et le dentifrice. Les échantillons de gel douche-shampoing étaient assez petits. Le sèche serviettes ne fonctionnait pas. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour a été agréable, mais quelques petites améliorations pourraient rendre l'expérience encore meilleure. Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit dans cet établissement.

Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request. We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

Outst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

I arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated. As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash. The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.

Di fronte all’hotel è possibile prendere in prestito le sedie a rotelle, qualora ci fossero persone disabili. Buona la colazione internazionale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente.

The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat. Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person. No carpets in the rooms.
