Jojo was the heart of that experience. She stayed with us for dinner, thoughtfully asking about our dietary needs as Muslims and ensuring every meal was prepared with care and respect. Her presence went beyond service; it was her way of making us feel truly seen, valued, and at home. Equally unforgettable was the aunty who served us with unwavering dedication and warmth. Every meal she prepared, every little detail she attended to, showed a sincerity that made us feel like part of the family. They are undeniably an asset to the homestay, and their kindness added a layer of comfort and joy that we will never forget. This homestay is spacious and ideal for Muslim travelers as well as families, offering a rare combination of comfort and authentic local hospitality. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, but if you are seeking calmness and the genuine charm of Chengdu, this is the perfect place to stay. True hospitality isn’t about polished professionalism or fancy amenities — it’s about heart, authenticity, and human connection. The generosity, thoughtfulness, and warmth we experienced here are rare treasures, and the memories of this stay will remain with us forever.

雪山下的異域風情民宿，有在歐洲小鎮度假的感覺。#房間景觀西嶺雪山腳下的北歐風情民宿太驚喜！整體設計充滿異域格調，原木與簡約北歐風融合，氛圍感拉滿，拍照很出片。住得舒服又方便，來雪山玩首選這裏#位置交通位置絕佳，出行便利，去景區20分鐘車程超省心。周邊有小鎮，吃飯打卡特色美食，三吃三文魚，臘肉，土雞湯，非常美味。#衞生跟周邊的酒店對比起來完全不是一個檔次，很整潔乾淨，親子房的玩偶和掛件都很乾凈，帶娃出行也很放心。#服務老闆人非常好，早餐營養豐盛，服務很周到細心。強烈推薦大家入住

The owner is very kind and helpful. They showed us where to get eggs and rice so we wouldn’t get hungry during our stay 😊 They also sell Maggi curry, which is a Malaysian favourite instant noodle—such a nice touch! The owner allowed us to do an early check-in when the room became available around 10:30 a.m. since we arrived early. They also helped arrange transportation to Xiling Snow Mountain, and the price was very reasonable. I didn’t take any photos of the room, but it was nice, warm during the cold weather, and very comfortable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely repeat this place if we come to Xiling Snow Mountain again. These photos were taken around the area very near to the guesthouse. I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

청두에서 여기로 왔는데, 온라인에서 이 호텔을 보았어요. 집은 매우 깨끗하고, 호텔은 매우 잘 꾸며져 있고, 주인은 매우 좋은 사람입니다. 문 밖으로는 강물이 흐르고 있지만, 방 안은 매우 조용합니다. 베개가 매우 부드럽고 편안해서 잠들기에 좋습니다. 우리는 다음 날 하이킹을 했는데, 풍경이 정말 멋졌어요.

온천의 첫 번째 마을입니다. 세 번째입니다. 환경이 좋고 서비스가 따뜻합니다. Trip.com 예약 후 집사는 체크인, 식사 및 온천에 대한 다양한 정보를 알려주기 위해 제 시간에 연락했습니다. 밤에 온천에 몸을 담근 후 길거리에서 바베큐를 먹었다. 폭우가 몰아쳤습니다. 두 명의 보안 형제가 빗속에서 차를 지하 차고로 안내하는 것을 도왔습니다. 그들은 호텔 집사와 보안 형제를 좋아했습니다. 정말 좋은 부모-자식 여행이었습니다. 나는 호텔 서비스의 성실함, 열정 및 세심함을 정말로 느꼈습니다. 다음에 가족을 다시 데려 오기를 기대합니다.

Quaint hotel in the centre of town, with bustling morning market right on the street below. No elevators, had to haul luggage up stairs. Rooms are equipped with heater and even heated blankets! Took didi from hotel to Xiling Ski Resort for RMB80 (50 + 30 extra for mountain drive). Food a bit difficult for Muslims or Vegetarians, best bring instant noodles or ready-to-eat stuff. Auntie Chow, the assistant, was very helpful in providing service despite the language barrier. Very happy with our stay here.

저희는 어린 자녀를 둔 6인 가족입니다. 시링 설산에서 호텔을 예약하는 건 쉽지 않은데, 다행히 이 호텔을 예약할 수 있었어요. 위치가 정말 최고입니다! 케이블카 역 바로 옆에 있어서 편리했어요. 호텔 예약에 대해 말씀드리자면, 트립닷컴의 안내가 명확하지 않아서 가족 모두 각자 방 3개를 예약했는데, 나중에 보니 2개만 예약해도 됐을 것 같아요. 예약 팁 하나 드리자면, 😄 호텔 조식은 간단한 편이에요. 계란 볶음밥, 야채, 크루아상, 비스킷, 면, 만두, 만두피, 빠오 등이 있고, 1인당 39위안입니다. 조식을 예약했으니 만두피, 팥 빠오피, 빵은 먹을 수 있었죠. 간단한 커피 머신도 있어요. 위치가 워낙 좋아서 케이블카 역에 가장 먼저 도착할 수 있었어요. 근처에 식당도 몇 군데 있고요. 다만 무슬림 친구들을 위해 말씀드리자면, 할랄 음식점은 없습니다. 하지만 저희는 호텔에서 딱 한 가지 요리, 토마토와 계란으로 만든 국수만 주문했어요. 가격은 28위안이었죠. 전반적으로 호텔 직원분들께 감사드리고 싶어요. 저희가 중국어를 못해서 질문도 많았는데, 직원분들이 정말 친절하게 통역해 주셨어요. 호텔 바로 아래에 시링 설산과 다이 고속철도역을 연결하는 버스 정류장이 있어서 아주 편리했어요.

Great value for money with the cable cars included. The large room gives a great view ( they helpfully adjusted the tv screen so I could see out!). East and west facing balconies and wonderfully quiet. Great location to escape the summer heat and next to the upper cable car for easy access to the yin yang watershed. The lake is great to see the sunrise and there are adjacent resturants. The negatives were finding a number of dead mosquitoes in the bathroom upon arrival (although better than living!) and cobwebs behind the fridge plus the terrible breakfast which is in the hotel next door.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I made the reservation about one month in advance, and the payment was charged according to the policy just 2–3 days before check-in, which felt very convenient and reassuring. The rate was around 2,xxx THB per night, offering excellent value for the overall experience. Although the staff were not fluent in English, it was hardly an issue at all. With the help of translation applications, communication was smooth and effortless, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness spoke louder than words. The bed deserves a perfect 10/10 — incredibly comfortable, inviting you to sink in and enjoy a deep, restful sleep. Waking up to the view was another highlight; the scenery was simply breathtaking, easily a 10/10, and made every morning feel calm, refreshing, and almost cinematic. Breakfast was served in a traditional Chinese style, offering a delightful opportunity to immerse myself in local flavors. It was a comforting and authentic way to start the day, perfectly complementing the atmosphere of the stay. Overall, this hotel delivered far beyond expectations — a harmonious blend of comfort, value, and memorable moments that made the entire stay truly special.
