My family and I just recently returned from vacation in which Bratislava was a part of. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and we started in Budapest, traveled by train to Bratislava and then onto Prague. Little did we know that Bratislava would be a Highlight of our trip! Namely, Jana, the hotel concierge Holds the distinction of being one of the best we have seen in any of the Marriott hotels. We are lifetime platinum members and have traveled extensively so this is saying a lot! She made us feel so special! So much so, that we are encouraging our friends not to skip over Bratislava when traveling from Budapest to Prague. Jana was our resource guide, our travel planner, and idea generator! Jana received our many emails of questions with excitement and enthusiasm. She responded very quickly, comprehensively and with valuable suggestions and tips to ensure we would enjoy our stay in Bratislava. She helped us navigate the train system, detailing times and cost and basically did all the work for us and then arranged to have us picked up at the station and then dropped off-always with a gigantic smile! After she arranged to have us picked up at the train, she greeted us in the hotel lobby with welcomed refreshments. Upon learning of our celebrating our anniversary, she gave us a wonderful riverside suite complete with champagne and delicious macarons! No detail was overlooked. Jana emailed us details regarding where to dine and what to do and then made all the arrangements-reservations for us. All we had to do was show up. What a pleasure! And she checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed your beautiful and elegant hotel, especially breakfast which was very elaborate. Our daughter tells everyone that Bratislava was the highlight of our trip. Such an unexpected delight! We all felt that Jana played a huge role in our enjoyment of your fine hotel and wonderful historic city. You are very lucky to have such a true professional, in Jana. She gave us a great gift a--wonderful family memory! Linda and Ed

Visiting Bratislava for first time. Wedding anniversary so asked if any chance by email of an upgrade. Generously gave us an upgrade to a suite. Mrs T mightily impressed with the room and facilities. Staff all friendly. Breakfast brilliant with lots of choice. Interestingly bread and butter pudding which we think used yesterday croissants and pain a chocs. Absolutely delicious. Had a small issue with the bath tap. Reported and fixed while at breakfast. Fab service. Location very central with bus and tram stops nearby and can walk to old town in 10 mins. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

빅토르 호텔은 조용한 지역에 있습니다. 좋은 주차 공간. 구시 가지에서 도보 45 분. 객실은 기본적이지만 AC와 작업 공간이 있습니다. 각 방에 주전자를 가지고 개선 할 수 있습니다. 영어 TV 프로그램이 없습니다. 그러나 모든 것이 작동합니다. 아침 식사 만 영업하는 레스토랑 (인당 11 유로). 아침 식사는 오믈렛, 시리얼, 빵, 요구르트, 삶은 계란, 사전 포장 치즈 및 사과의 일부만 있기 때문에 큰 가치가 없습니다. 차가운 고기와 샐러드를 먹는 것이 좋을 것입니다. 아침 식사가 10 ...까지 계속된다면 0700 ~ 0830까지 좋을 것입니다. 경영진이 긴장되어 도착시 객실을 이용할 수없는 것 같습니다. 오후 9시에 마지막 방 ...로 3 개의 방이 주어졌습니다. 저녁 식사 나 점심은 제공되지 않습니다.

호텔은 훌륭하고 다뉴브 강을 향한 전망은 아름답습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 풍부하고 스파는 미리 예약해야합니다 (우리는 당일 풀로 갔다), 수영장이 있지만 추가 요금이 필요합니다. 유일한 불만은 호텔 가격이 크게 변동한다는 것입니다. 같은 날 체크인을 했더니 한 달 전에 예약한 가격의 2/3 이하로 가격이 떨어졌다.

This is truly a grand historical hotel almost on the scale of great hotels like the Plaza in New York and the Savoy in Paris, but for 1/10 the price. Great service and wonderful breakfast buffet. The best location with 95% of the restaurants and sights within a few blocks walking distance. If you can stay in the same rooms as Franz Liszt, Johannes Brahms, Arthur Rubinstein, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Thomas Edison and Albert Einstein, why would you stay anywhere else in Bratislava.

Leuk en aardig complex, goed ontvangst parkeren op het terrein is gratis. Kamers zijn zeer sober & kil. Haast een ziekenhuis, bedden zijn prima, sanitair is niet anno 2023 weinig aflegruimte de douche is lekker warm goede straal, maar ze hebben douche gordijnen... Vreselijk irritant gezien de douchekop bij het gordijn hangt. En dat gordijn dus steeds tegen je natte lijf plakt is zo anno 1960 een douche gordijn. De halve badkamer staat blank. Ontbijt is prima, ze snijden al het brood (broodjes & boterhammen) door de midden, zodat je meer poppenhuis eten heb zo klein.. Verder lekkere koffie fruit beleg enz enz prima. We hebben er 2 fietsen gehuurd voor €20.

Decent enough hotel, but staff were a surly when checking in and out, that may well have been a language issue. We did not take breakfast at the hotel (lovely café 50m away), so can't comment on it's value or quality. The hotel is located slightly out of the city centre, but all the main attractions are easily walkable. We found the area quiet at night and safe to walk around after dark. The room was clean, tidy and large, with a wet room as a shower room. It needed a 'refresh', but was perfectly fine. The hotel are happy to store your luggage for free if you arrive before check in, or departing after check out. We arrived by train from Vienna and departed via the airport. The hotel is easily reached from both train station and airport using buses. This is a decent safe hotel and a reasonable price. Recommended.
