"The room condition was very old and musty. The windows overlooked the putting green with a decent view of the golf course. Unfortuntely, the window frames and blinds were both broken and in need of replacement. The kind-sized bed comprised of 2 single beds put together with the carpet badly stained with a bad odour. The walls were old and needed a new coat of paint and the bathroom was damp with the toilet bowl, sink and shower area very badly maintained and in need of a renovation. The floor boards in both our room and in the room above us were creaking throughout the night when anyone was walking. Unfortunatley, this will be the last time we will stay here and opted to check out first thing in the morning."

"Osborn House is a truly luxe hotel in a lovely area of the southern highlands in the little village of Bundanoon. Accommodations are beautifully appointed with attention to every detail. We looked after from arrival to departure in true Five Star Hotel style which is rare for a country hotel This is our third visit - we enjoy the room in the original Building."

"나는 이 호텔을 좋아한다. 객실은 매우 편안하고 아늑하며 깨끗하고 기이합니다. 직원들은 훌륭하고 매우 친절하고 의무적입니다. 음식은 탁월하고 수돗물에 다양한 맥주와 매우 매력적인 와인 리스트입니다. 당신은 더 많은 것을 요구할 수 없습니다. 이것은 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다."

"Motel is clean and well priced close to town. Meets the purpose of a cheap one night getaway without the perks. It is comfy and facilities are as expected. Check-in is a streamlined process with no interaction with staff with access PIN sent by text. Overall, ok for what i needed. "

"A quick overnight stay. I used points so it didn't cost. The location is a bit odd, tucked away amonbst some industrial areas. It was very comfortable for 3 with a roll out bed and had every thing we needed to make breakfast. It does have ridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave toaster etc. We were a latee arivall and keeys were left as per arrangement and access descriptions were perfect"
