"We arrived after 18 miles of the Alpe Atria. All we wanted was a hot shower. There was no shower and there was NO plug in the tub to take a bath. There was only empty body wash containers. When I asked the clerk for shampoo he handed us a soap square the size of a euro and told us he would put new shampoo in the room the next night. He didn't. The next day when I complained about the lack of a plug in the tub, he handed me a plug that was too small and some aluminum foil to wrap around it. Our friends had exactly the same experience with their tub. None of the rooms had plugs."

"I'm writing to give a true and sincere testimonial about the hotel staff. Before that, just a small observation: I've stayed in many hotels around the world and, unfortunately, I've experienced petty theft before. It's a reality that, thankfully, doesn't happen in all hotel communities, but it can occur even in very high-end hotels. That said, I stayed at this hotel and I can say that it's very peaceful, clean, spacious, in a beautiful and comfortable location. But the biggest highlight goes to the people who work there. Besides being very friendly, they were honest and upright in a situation that happened to me. At check-out, I forgot some personal items—some with sentimental value and others with economic value—and from the beginning, the hotel cooperated 100% so that I could recover my belongings. It was constant, careful, and transparent contact, with the goal of me getting everything back even though I was thousands of kilometers away. The hotel staff took care of everything: 1.
